    Excellent stay with very helpful and friendly hotel staff. This was my second time in Hanoi, and I chose to stay at the same hotel both times because of its great location and wonderful hospitality. Everything is within walking distance, including the lake, night market, and other attractions. The breakfast was excellent as well. Special thanks to Kate and her team for their fantastic hospitality. Kate also helped arrange our Ninh Binh trip, which made our stay even more memorable. Overall, a very pleasant and comfortable experience. Highly recommended.

    The bus stop is just right in front. Restaurants can be found everywhere after a 5 min walk

    Our 2 niths stay in Embassy Hotel was good as the room size was good and breakfast was also very good. The staff were helpful and its location was excellent. But I would not put this hotel in 4 star category as there were very limited facilites like no gym and swimming pool. The late checkin was not given and the worst part they gave us common toilets to freshen up and change our clothes after check-out.
