The staff were so helpful and attentive, especially Salome. Salome went out of her way to make sure we were comfortable and provided great recommendations to us.
It can be quite noisy with traffic in surrounding streets

Good location, good quality to price. Very accommodating staff especially Salome. She went out of her way for us and was very kind and generous. Even gave us a parting give which was very thoughtful. Would definitely come again

The staff, they were all so friendly and helpful. Nothing was to much trouble. Bed was very comfy (very important to us) and room was quiet which in a major city like Hanoi was great. When they asked me about any issues I mentioned the balcony and small room and they offered a free taxi back to the airport on our last day, which was very helpful and the taxi driver was very friendly
Pictures on bookings.com are miss leading and the rooms that say suites are not suites but for the price you can’t complain
