    I love this hotel. Not only were the rooms consistently clean and well maintained, but the staff were also incredibly helpful and welcoming. The location was convenient, with many nearby places within walking distance, which worked well for me during my trip. What I appreciated, though was how far the staff went to help me when I had trouble booking a round trip ride through Grab. I wasn’t able to complete the booking because I needed to receive a verification code on my phone to confirm the payment, and unfortunately, my U.S. phone number wasn’t working. The staff promptly helped me arrange the ride on their end, allowing me and my family to get to the activity I had planned for the day without any stress. They were also kind enough to extend the checkout time by a couple of hours so that it worked with the time I needed to be at the airport for check-in. The staff went above and beyond, and I’m very grateful that I chose to stay here. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

    Staff were the best!!! Everyone was kind and accommodating, they are very attentive to our needs. However the hotel is old and needs a little renovation.
