We enjoyed this hotel

Nice swimming pool. We had booked 2 bedrooms - one was dark and gloomy, the other was bright and airy.

Showers a little small but not a problem.

Dishonest advertising of room facilities

Great location near the beach. You can walk to the old town along a path next to the beach.

We booked a room that listed that it had a garden view and balcony. We were given a room with neither. Instead there was a public terrace outside the room front door facing the road. We asked what happened and they just told us there was none of the other rooms and to make do.

Nice small hotel, 3 min from the Agios Georgios beach ( the city beach, ok beach although not the best one), and 20min walk by the beach to city center. From the port we took taxi to the hotel. Hotel has main building and bungalows and nice green area around. We were in bungalows it is cute and clean, although in this part are not renovated rooms. Very nice terrass and green area around. Delicious breakfast and terrass with the eating area. Every morning there were fresh food with different Greek "pita". 3 min from the hotel is the beach and the part that is more "wild" without sunbeds. Bus stop for the other beaches is 10min walk from the hotel. I recommend staying in the hotel. It was a good value for the money, calm nice area yet not so far from the city center

I liked the hotel and area very much, the only thing I can put as negative was a shower in our room. It was not renovated and curtains was too short so water was everywhere. I suppose that renovated rooms has better shower. I didn't use the pool so I don't have a comment.

Then updated Jr. suite was perfect. We had a lovely view of the pool and mountains. The location was exceptional, steps away from the beach, an easy walk to town down the beach.

Loved Naxos, hotel close to beach, restaurants and supermarkets.

Beautiful location, easy access to the beach. Great breakfast made with love by the hotel team. Pool was lovely too and no issue getting a sunbed at any time of the day.

The rooms were dated and the bathrooms were small. There are no tea & coffee facilities in the room.

Not a bad choice overall...

The staff here is top notch. The hotel's location is also very good (quiet but walking distance to all of Naxos). Breakfast is not bad either.

The floors in the hotel room was so dirty. They must not have been cleaned for years! We basically could not walk barefoot and if something drops, you better don't pick it up. I did that and got a bunch of blond hair with dust.

Decent hotel near the beach with some quirky bathroom vibes – I’d give it a 7/10.

The hotel was overall good – very close to the beach, the room and bathroom were clean.

The bathroom looked a bit outdated, especially the hairdryer, which was just a tube sticking out of the wall. Sometimes there was an unpleasant smell coming from the bathroom. Also, we could hear our neighbor every time he farted. VERY loud, but luckily only loud, not smelly. Breakfast was okay.

Perfect stay

We enjoyed everything! We definitely recommend this hotel to everyone who wants to stay in that area. It s close to the beach, to the supermarket, to restaurants. Also close to city center, but not too close, so you cant feel the noise or the busy crowds. (maybe 12-15 minutes walking) We had a standard room, but was more like a private little house, that we loved! The temperature was perfect, not too hot, always cleaned and with a small terrace. They have books, boardgames that you can rent. Even beach towels or sun umbrellas to rent. Breakfast was also good, they changed the sweets every day, and there is something for everyone. So thank you for having us and looking forward to our next stay with you once we come back to Naxos.

Great hotel , good quiet location, lovely gardens and pool

Lovely design and beautiful gardens. Very helpful staff especially the receptionist Ireni. Quiet. Nice breakfast and outside eating area. We had an elegant double which was nicely furnished with a lovely bathroom and balcony. Good sized outdoor pool with a bar 12-7. A few minutes walk to the beach and free towels. 5 min walk to nearest bus stop to town and the beaches as well as the supermarket.

No real issues and we extended our stay.. the second room was an ordinary double which was fine but a bit more dated, which we knew as we’d seen it but def worth the extra for the elegant double. Personally the bed was quite hard but fine for my husband. A few suggestions… a few extra pillows, also a few more parasols round the pool. Overall a great stay and would visit again .

Beautiful terrace for breakfast which was delicious with new items every day. Lovely room overlooking the pool. Easy walk to local beach and about 12 minute walk into town centre. Thought of all the small touches like free beach umbrellas, line to hang wet togs etc

Excellent - I would return

My room 7 overlooked the breakfast area so there was a little noise in the morning with people chatting Balcony was super quiet thereafter, once breakfast was complete Super quiet overall Pool is lovely and has a small bar for refreshments (no food) Staff super friendly. Beach towels provided. Easy walk along the boardwalk into town Close to a supermarket for all your needs incl. bottled water Bakery also close where you buy bus tickets to beaches such as plaka. Fridge in the room. My only negative was no kettle/coffee. Otherwise a great find a s 2 min walk to the beach with a great bar/restaurant: fab food for happy hour sundowners.

Neat and tidy property, well looked after. Short walk to the beach. Breakfast was really great, nice homemade options every day and good variety. Great pool facilities with a pool bar. Staff were very friendly and kind. It was good to have the option of towels for the pool and beach. It’s good value for money.

If we had to be picky, our connecting room, perhaps one of the originals in the property, was a bit dated and the bathroom was a bit tiny however it was still very clean and tidy.

Fabulous Hotel in a Fabulous Location, exceptionally clean throughout

Fabulous hotel in a fabulous location just 1 minute from the beautiful St George beach, good choice for breakfast with lots of homemade pies and cakes etc, fresh fruit, eggs, cheese, cold meat, yoghurts, unlimited coffee and lots more. Fabulous swimming pool, very helpful staff for booking taxis etc and beautiful modern room, would not hesitate to go back.

Great location, quiet but only a few minutes walk to CHORA. Lovely staff, fantastic breakfasts - something different every day. Nice pool and bar. Hotel gardens well maintained and pretty.

We had a lovely stay and would come back again.

The staff were great and the breakfast was good. The pool was amazing, clean and new. The beach was so close less than 5 mins walk. The town was a 15 min walk with great shops and restaurants.

Fantastic trip in lovely friendly hotel

Beautiful clean hotel with lovely pool and lots sun beds and pool bar. We had an elegant double room which was really nice. Included was a nice breakfast in morning. Only ten mins to centre. Staff were all lovely and helpful

Great find!

Lovely staff and good clean room and breakfast. Very attententive lady doing food and also at reception. Good air con and very spacious bedroom.

There wasn't really anything I didn't like. If anything I would suggest the pool bar opens much earlier (8am would be perfect as should pool) and serves smoothies. A bit of music around pool would be nice too but not loud. The room needs more than one plug socket though!

Exceptional

Hotel Naxos is set back from the beach which is only one minutes’ walk away. The Hotel is extremely comfortable, the staff were very friendly, and it has a nice pool but with the beach so close we did not use it. The beach is wonderful with a boardwalk running along its length and has many bars and restaurants for to savour. It was not too crowded (September) and we really enjoyed chilling out there. The boardwalk will take you to Naxos town, and we walked from the ferry to the hotel and back with no problem. We really enjoyed our stay at Hotel Naxos and would not hesitate to stay there again.
