Most Enjoyable stay, I would give Stella the the property 10/10

Room was spacious with good decor, I especially liked, “all though being a relatively new building” the way they have tried to make it look traditional, with rural features like the tree stumps for bedside tables, and with other fixtures made from old Olive wood. It’s in a good location and only a 2 minute stroll to a cove with a Shallow Golden Sandy Beach, with a couple of small Restaurants for food a drink, also supplying (at extra cost) Sun Beds and Shades. There location is within say a 20 minute walk from the main Old Town along the road, or 15mins along the Beach Boardwalk, but there are Shops and Restaurants within a 5/10 minute stroll if you don’t want to walk that far.

For us there was only really a couple downside’s to the accommodation (but no really big problem) as being self catering, one the lack of a Microwave, and a very small kitchenette space, with no real worktop space to prepare anything if you fancied dining in at all, one safety concern I did have was, having to have the kettle lead at full stretch across the sink to plug it in. The other thing was the size of the Bathroom! it was “very” compact for the size of the room, with the Sink Toilet and Shower all being so close to each other, you could virtually go to the Toilet have a Shower and Brush your Teeth all at the same time.

Stella is a fabulous host and genuinely cares about her guests. The property is spotless clean and well maintained. The location is great, close to the beach and within walking distance of the main town.

Very comfortable accommodation within 5 min to the beach

The rooms are very clean, well equipped and with a beautiful balcony. It’s less than 5 minutes walk to the beach and another 12-15 min walk along the beach to reach downtown. Stella is the main reason we recommend this place! Super friendly, helpful and goes above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible.

Ideal summer stay

Great location within a few minutes walk from St. George's sandy beach. The castle and historical center of the town of Naxos can be reached within a 15-minute walk along the seafront. Very helpful and friendly staff. Spacious and well-equipped rooms.

Hospitality was excellent. Stella was so helpful,kind and warm. We had the most amazing week here. Just a few minutes walk from the beach and best beach cafe& restaurant 'Flisvos beach cafe" around the corner. Loved location.

A pleasant experience!

Our stay at Sunshine was pleasant and faultless. Room was spotlessly cleaned daily, equipped with all the essentials, beautifully decorated in neutral notes, and within 5 minutes walk to Agios Georgios beach. Stella was very friendly, accommodating and helpful and made sure our stay was hassle free. She welcomed us with a smile and had even prepared a homemade rice pudding, which was yummy! We would definitely recommend Sunshine as it proved to be great value for money in a great location with great facilities.

The woman looking after us was exceptional, so helpful and went above and beyond. Daily cleaning made the place spotless to come home to. Super close to the beach. Little extras like beautiful cake on arrival added to the experience.

Great appartments close to Chora and near to a nice beach

Everything was great!!! Thank you!! Our stay at Sunshine was amazing, it's really close to Chora (5min. Walk through the beach) with huge views to the sea! The appartments are really comforable and Stella's family has helped us in everithing, so, thanks and see you soon!!!

Lovely apartment for a family holiday.

Lovely clean apartment within a few minutes walk of the beach, managed/owned by a very friendly family who couldn’t have been more helpful. Located slightly away from Naxos town but easy enough to walk into the tavernas along the beach if you wanted, even with young kids. A very well stocked supermarket was also only 5 minutes walk away.

Fairly small apartment internally but the lovely balcony more than made up for it and it certainly wasn’t an issue for us.

Perfect location near the beach and town

The Location of the Hotel was perfect: it is very close to the beach (~200 m). On the beach there is in our opinion the most beautiful beach bar / Restaurant of St. George Beach. (www.flisvos-sportclub.com) The centre of Naxos Town is about 15 minutes walking (with Little three old girl ;-)). The host was very friendly and helpful. The apartment was clean and quite nice (standard not luxury). The apartment was cleaned every day and we got new towels. We would recommend to ask for a room with a „stone shower“ (which means the shower wall is out of stone). It looked quite modern and the whole bathroom didn‘t get wet.

Traumhafter Aufenthalt bei herzlichen Gastgebern

Die Gastgeberfamilie ist unglaublich herzlich und bemüht, wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen und haben gleich hilfreiche Tipps für unseren Aufenthalt bekommen – man merkt, dass auch auf die kleinen Details geachtet wird. Die Zimmer sind schön eingerichtet, äußerst sauber und gepflegt, mit einem angenehmen Bett und einem feinen Balkon, von dem wir sogar ein wenig das Meer gesehen haben. Besonders praktisch war auch der große Parkplatz direkt vor der Unterkunft. Zum Strand sind es nur drei Minuten zu Fuß, wo man traumhafte Sonnenuntergänge genießen kann, und ins Zentrum von Naxos gelangt man entspannt in etwa 15 Minuten, entweder über die Straße oder die Strandpromenade. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist absolut top.

Es gab wirklich nichts auszusetzen – alles war perfekt.

C’était super !!

Super appartement, Stella est très gentille et disponible. Nous avons eu comme surprise à notre arrivée un super petit déjeuner qui nous attendait dans notre chambre. Je recommande vivement cet établissement qui est à 2pas de la plage.

Nous recommandons vivement ce lieu.

Tout d'abord l'accueil chaleureux.. La situation géographique permettant un accès facile au bord de mer, commerces à pied, routes extérieures à la ville et proximité du centre à pied. De plus le ieu est calme bien que tout près de l'animation bord de mer.

Le confort relatif des matelas et l'accès difficile des ustensiles de cuisine. Grands placards trop hauts.
