Great hotel and my second stay in three years. Staff are nice, the resort quiet and the location is phenomenal, being set off the beach (protected from the wind), and just a 20 minute stroll or so to Naxos old town. Best of both worlds. I was in a Natura Jr. Suite as with my last stay, a bit pricey but I think worth the difference.

Overall experience was ok, but we were expecting way more after seeing the pictures they post online, they are outdated as the hotel needs a lot of maintenance, sunbeds and most of the furniture are old. The pool area needs to be cleaned and the breakfast was very poor, always the same food and very limited options. The good thing is that stuff was very helpful and friendly but won’t recommend this hotel unless you find a very good deal, not our case

We loved this hotel was super quiet and quaint the staff is super nice and helped us arrange taxis! The only things didn’t love was I felt there was so many bees around the pool area and even the beach but I am allergic and this definitely made me feel very uncomfortable they definitely don’t spray anything to keep them away. As well as the dinner/ lunch options were okay I recommend walking up the board walk 5 mins into town and getting food there instead. The breakfast was good in the morning they only have bacon every other day and make these hot dog looking things that I was disappointed they didn’t offer a different breakfast meat. Besides that we loved our room the only bad thing is when you leave the room and take the key with you the AC shuts off so it does get warm up there during the day. As well as the shower being super messy the water goes literally everywhere if they got new shower heads I think it could solve this problem. We definitely would love to come back here and love Naxos there is so much to do and shopping. We also did horseback riding through the Naxos horseback riding club that come right through on St. George’s beach you will see was an amazing ride! Eat at little small restaurants in town have the best food!

We loved our stay at charming Alkyoni! Naxos was our favorite part of our trip to Greece. The hotel is in a great location steps to the beach and walkable to town, but still quiet and private. The pool area is fantastic and the staff was wonderful. The breakfast was very similar each day, but it was yummy and refreshed regularly so it met our needs just fine. Shower took some getting used to (sprayed all over the bathroom the first day) but once we got the hang of how to avoid that, it was fine. Rooms were cute and had everything we needed.

Definitely not 4 star The whole place needs a spring clean pool surround was grubby Generator and cleaning equipment visible, grate near pool where you walk by wedged open all the time dangerous Breakfast on offer very poor Not sure what photos they are using but definitely not a true reflection of what hotel is like Grounds are ok but again need an upgrade Main man very obliging Situation and pool size are great and room clean but old pebble flooring in shower had areas of mould We had hot tub but it looked worn and we were supposed to be in a junior suite ??? Feel like we have been misled with hotel ratings and photos which in reality were not worthy of the price we paid

The rooms were unique and clean. Staff was excellent. Breakfast was disappointing. but sufficient. Beach was right outside the door with access to the boardwalk which went directly in to town. Parking the rent a car was difficult and not recommended to drive in to town. However, the town is very walkable.

Very cute and quaint. Excellent pool. Friendly staff. I only gave 3 stars because there are lots of mosquitoes & gnats here & the housekeepers would leave the door open while cleaning thus letting in mosquitoes. Everytime we would enter our room afterwards, we'd be on a mission to kill them all but didn't get all of them. I got bit twice on my face & 3 times on my hands. My husband got bit all over his body Many times. We eventually told the front desk that we didn't need housekeeping services anymore to avoid this.

Lovely property within walking distance of Naxos town and close to the beach. The room was clean, spacious with a lovely outdoor patio with view of the pool and the beach. All the staff at the hotel were friendly and extremely helpful to us during our stay.

Wonderful stay at the Alkyoni beach hotel. Very comfortable room with everything we needed. Pool was great, never too busy (late May/early June). Good selection for breakfast. Quiet area of Naxos with a lovely walk into town along the boardwalk and beach - just perfect. Friendly staff, especially Zoe who was very helpful booking a hire car for us and recommending a route of places to visit round the island.

The property sits right on the beach and is a walkable distance to the boardwalk with shops/restaurants. The standard rooms are dated and not modern at all. I was unhappy with the bed arrangement. My husband and I had to sleep on two twin beds pushed together; with separate bedding that kept moving apart. Not “romantic at all”. The convenience and friendly staff made up for the subpar rooms.

Property is in a fabulous location with a fabulous pool. Easy walk to both beach and restaurants and cafes. Property itself has greatly potential however, it’s in need of general maintenance both grounds and buildings, it’s understaffed, food is average at best and buffet breakfast was ordinary with food running out by 9am and not being replenished. General commodities like coffee and milk in room was absent. 4 stars for this hotel is a stretch. If you can overlook shortcomings, and just want a greater location with a greatly pool, then this hotel should be considered.

This was a nice little hotel. We stayed for 4 nights and found it a very convenient place to stay as it the beach, restaurants, and Naxos town are easily walkable. The hotel provides a decent breakfast spread and the bartenders are generous with their pours for cocktails. The property itself is in a minor state of disrepair with some fixtures broken or missing, but overall a pleasant and convenient place to stay.

This was the perfect hotel for our stay. The location is great, you can just take a very pleasant 10 minute walk to town on the beach. Sunset views!! The front desk staff was very nice. Our room was beautiful with a big terrace. Air conditioning worked great! We loved Naxos and we will most likely stay here again when we return.

The hotel is situated in an excellent position within easy access of the beach and town. The bedroom we stayed in had recently been refurbished. There are a few areas for improvements which have greatly increased my score. There were no chiller cabinets in the breakfast room and food left uncovered on the table buffet style. The food option was fine if covered and refrigerated. The outside area would have benefited from better upkeep and maintenance.

The only negative is the window in the shower; it is head level and was open when we checked in... Unfortunately my husband ended up with a 2 inch gash on his head from the corner of the open window.
