Great staff and facilities

The staff were so friendly and helpful. Helped us with tips of what to do in Naxos and car rental suggestions. Beautiful room, was cleaned everyday and had great facilities. A lovely touch is they provide beach towels for you to take so you don’t need to purchase beach towels. Great location. Very much value for money!

Breakfast was included in the price and was okay, nothing overly special but it was included in the price.

Very big room with a living room separated from the sleeping area. Nice balcony with lots of sun. The shower area was also very good. Breakfast with lots of variety and very central location.

Swimming pool is big but doesn't have sun during all times of the day. The cleaning of the rooms is minimal.

Very happy no hesitation in using it again

Stayed there last minute for onward trip to the airport , staff very helpful and for the cost we were more than happy with the hotel . Great location for the metro , train and port

Nice hotel but needs a bit of tlc

Location was fab..staff were very good and attentive...bed was really comfortable.

Hair stuck to the shower wall,sofa was very dirty and no blankets in the room.also towels were very small for a guy my size.there was not kettle to make a coffee or tea.

The hotel exceeded our expectations. Very friendly staff, especially at the reception. Excellent breakfast, everything super clean, and housekeeping did a great job with daily cleaning and fresh towel and linens. Extra beach towels were also provided. Perfect location in the city center, walking distance to the beach. We would definitely come back!

Had an excellent time at this hotel, location was spot on for beach and close to shoos and restaura

Excellent location and the breakfast was great , and the cakes made by Manuel every day were a treat. Loved our room over looking the pool and our room was on the same level as entry and breakfast service. Maria at reception was also very helpful and a lovely presence.

They could probably get another toaster as one didn’t seem to be enough.

Too automated, lacked instructions onsite. Had trouble with the cooker and wasted 20euro on food to cook. Need instructions posted or convenient.

Friendliest staff and great location

The location is great for accessing the beach and nearby restaurants. The staff is very friendly and helpful and more than willing to help and provide advice for activities and places to see. The breakfast is delicious with a wide variety of foods to cater to every need and craving.

Shower kept dripping and would leak water all over the bathroom floor when showering. Not allowed to flush toilet paper, however the bin wasn't changed daily.

Excellent overall

Been on different islands for 2 weeks and the best breakfast was at this hotel. Comfy bed. Friendly staff.

We did not use the pool as it was very small and only 6 large sunbeds. It would be better to have lighter beds and more of them

Fantastic

Everything! We stayed for 8 nights and enjoyed every minute. Friendly staff, nice room, breakfast options were fabulous and a nice big dining area too. Nice pool to jump in after a day sightseeing. Location of the hotel couldn't have been better. I timed us and it took just 14 mins to walk to the Apollo gateway temple. We had 5 days of dirty washing on arrival and the hotel provided this service too for a very reasonable price. If we are lucky to ever come back to Naxos, we will definitely stay here again. 10/10

Staying in Naxos at Aelois was simply wonderful!

Everything at Aeolis was perfect! It’s clean, welcoming and in a great location. The concierge was exceptional. So helpful and knowledgeable about the area and went above and beyond in helping make our stay enjoyable. We highly recommend this wonderful place!:)

Very helpful staff. Comfortable room and bed. Good breakfast. 15 minutes walk from the port.

We would have liked tea and coffee facilities in our room. The shower screen did not prevent a lot of water from getting on the floor.

Rooms are dated, when asked to move room due to not been able to use bath /shower due to having a hip operation, I was asked could I not have my showers at the pool only for I pushed to be moved we would not have been all rooms on the site only show showers none show bath/ shower, breakfast was very poor , sun beds at pool were on top of people’s rooms

Bed was comfortable, shower was good, great location near town, the beach and bus to other beaches

Access to the pool was awkward as people's rooms opened up to the pool area and day beds were outside people's rooms. Room was bit tired and needs a few maintenance items fixed.

Superb

Very warm welcome from George and staff. Offered a free taxi pick up from the ferry port. Good selection at breakfast, our balcony overlooked the pool. Great location .Close and walking distance to town and ferry port and beach. Great value for price. We actually stayed an extra night too

Fab location to visit Naxos

Fantastic location so close to the main square and various beaches, supermarket, chemist, loads of shops very close with the bonus of a pool. George was really helpful arranging things for us. Bathroom great. Naxos is great and this was a great base location.

location was about 10 minutes walk from the centre and 5 minutes from the beach. room was cleaned daily and the common areas were all tidy. pool was nice and the breakfast was yum. staff were very lovely and helpful.

The location was excellent - 5 mins from St Georges Beach/ 5 ms from Hora Hotel was clean and beds were comfortable

Nice family experience

The name “boutique hotel” is giving expectations which are not fulfilled in terms of design and beauty. I would just call it simply hotel and not more than 3 stars.

Wonderful stay

Our stay was more than satisfying. High standard breakfast, extremely helpful staff and top quality cleanliness. Additionally, Saint George Beach and Naxos town are approachable in less than 5' on foot
