Clean- nicely finished suite in a great location with great and helpful staff.

Staff were very helpful and recommended us automobile services and showed us a map which she went through in detail with us. Cleaned everyday. Location was 5-7min walk to the main strip and 2mins to Agios Georgios Beach. Gorgeous, modern design of the room. Had bowls, plates, fridge, coffee maker and cutlery. Had a small balcony but enough room to hang laundry. Very comfy double bed. Great airconditioning

Shower room can get quite wet due to just half glass pane on shower- no door. Walls are quite thin so can easily hear other guests…!

I would only stay again if I had the top unit

Staff was great. Place was clean

Shower drained slow so you had to keep turning water off. You can hear every sound from above and beside the room.

Clean nice and beautiful room. Also nice staff plus nice glasses and plates if you need to eat and drink.

Our daughter slept on the sofa which she said was not very comfortable but ok for one night.

Beautiful room, amazing location right by the beach and close walk into the town. absolutely lovely staff always had a smile on their faces so friendly! All so lovely couldn’t have done more for us! Cosy beds, love the style and decor in the room and had a lovely balcony

Great location & ultimate comfort!

Fantastic location within a short walking distance to the beach, city centre, promenade of restaurants and ferry port. Room was large & beautiful with a view of the ocean and a small kitchenette. Bed was comfortable & they even had the air con going to cool the room before our arrival.

Wifi was not good at all, and shower head not attached to the wall (a Greece thing I know but we felt it one of the things that could have made such a difference)

Very comfortable and stylish. Great location between the bustling town centre and the beach. Close enough to walk safely to restaurants etc but lovely and quiet. The staff could not have been more helpful and friendly in organising things like car hire for us whilst we were there. I cannot recommend this hotel enough.

A pleasant stay with a great location

Lovely room which has been beautifully decorated. An excellent location 1 minute to the beach. Quiet road. They helped us with an early check in. Overall very good.

The WiFi didn’t work throughout our stay and unfortunately there was little to no cell signal in that specific location either. But other than that everything was perfect

Hidden Gem

The property is in a quiet street, about 10 minutes walk to Chora, 15 minutes to the port. Our unit was the 2 bedroom in the lower floor. The unit and the property was well maintained and very clean. The staff ( sorry I forgot the name) on site was friendly. The free airport puck up was definitely a plus.

Good location, very close to the beach and main town. Advertising on the website (I.e., the rooms published) was definitely not the room we got unfortunately. Would be worth putting photos up of all rooms and not just the best one. The bathroom situation was also a bit strange with the sink being outside the bathroom.

The bathroom was not ideal. The floor got soaking wet as water leaked out, making it not a pleasant space to be in. The sink was also located outside the bathroom, although this isn’t a big deal.

Such a great experience for us! The staff were so kind and generous with their time and helped with transfers as well as booking a show for us at the castle. The room was very clean. We were also allowed to check-in early. The rainshower was very hot and powerful. The lady who checked us in was very friendly and she helped give us some sunscreen for the last day of our holiday. Extremely close to the beach.

The room might be small for longer stays. The kitchenette was limited, again for a short stay it was fine.

PERFECT HOTEL & STAFF 10/10

The staff was amazing! So welcoming, so helpful, and always at our service. They helped us in everything ( transportation from the port - car/atv rental - extra towels - map of the city - recommendations ) and were very lovely! They even gave us a souvenir when we left from their hotel and dropped us back to the port! The room was so comfy and clean, we loved staying here! Plus the location was great, literally close to everything in Chora which was amazing! Would totally recommend this hotel and would totally come back once we're back in Naxos!

Wonderful

The accomodation is so beautiful exactly like on the pictures! It is near the beach only a few steps and you can also walk to the port (about 5-10 minutes) where you can take a public bus to the other beaches. The host was very helpful and so kind! We enjoyed our stay at terra fos naxos studios and will definetely come back! Thank you so much for this wonderful stay!
