Property was clean, good location. Quick walk to beach, port, restaurants & shops. Modern design with private balcony. Staff was very helpful when we needed help renting a car.

Initial check in a bit rushed. Room layout a bit awkward for unpacking suitcases.

Decent value for the money

Korali Palace has 6 properties, and they have their own private parking lot. That was helpful in a busy tourist town! The location of the property was in the heart of the town, making getting to all the shops and restaurants very easy.

The drains in the bathroom were not efficient; water easily flowed over the low lip of the shower. The kitchen cabinet was too high! People under 5'4" cannot reach the second shelf, and people over this height can easily bump their heads on the cabinet edge. Batteries for the air conditioner remotes needed to be replaced.

Perfect location – close to both the city center and the beach. The staff is very helpful and always ready to provide information or assistance. I highly recommend the breakfast – there are several options to choose from, and the price is very reasonable.

Staff goes above and beyond to make your stay amazing

Gorgeous hotel, 15 min walk from the port, clean, spacious and super comfortable. The wonderful girl in the reception, Armella (I’m not sure how to spell it, sorry!!), had the best recommendations for restaurants and beaches to go to. She even arranged everything for us to rent a car on the day we left the hotel. Absolutely lovely stay, great value for money and so incredibly well located that we will definitely come back if we go to Naxos again in the future. Thank you so much for an excellent stay!!

Basically nothing to say, perhaps the amount of light produced by the sign on the a/c unit, but basically nothing under the control of the staff or the owner.

Exceptional.

The property staff were so kind, attentive, helpful. They made us feel welcome and cared for. I would recommend the hotel to anyone thinking about visiting Naxos. The location is also excellent - a short walk to the beach, but also in the old town. They are also less than a block from an excellent restaurant (To Elleniko) and a block or so away from many others. I felt like it was a bargain as well, price wise.

Great Value For Families with Washing Machine

Great location, across the street from a fab restaurant To Elleniko. Short walking distance to St George's Beach, town centre, shops & restaurants, and the port. Having a washer in unit was also a life saver. The hotel kindly provided us with laundry pods as well.

I booked the family room and was under the impression from the pics that it was a 2 bedroom unit. It was actually a 1 bedroom unit with a bunkbed in the living area/kitchenette. It still served our purposes though, and good value given high season prices. Be aware that Korali Palace is in a small alley w/ no parking options. The hotel parking is across the street from its sister property, Korali Boutique Hotel, which is 300m away. Bit of a hassle for loading & unloading. I'd probably stay at the Korali Boutique next time just for the parking.

Excellent, comfortable stay in a great location

Location was great, only a 5 minute walk to the beach. A great restaurant is directly over the road. The area itself is quiet and the rooms were nice and dark with a great bed. The staff were amazing! Super friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious and there were plenty of options. As we were there over shoulder season (end of May) there wasn’t a buffet but you could order from a great selection of food.

I would have preferred a breakfast buffet so I could just get a little bit of food. Greek servings are pretty big so don’t over order!

Already planning my next stay!

Very clean. Attentive staff. Good location close to all we needed. Quiet at night. Well equipped little kitchenette. It was so nice that they put our group all on one floor where we shared a little table on the patio just outside our rooms. Fun!

No complaints. Amy issues were promptly addressed.

Good place to stay!

We had the pleasure to stay in the Korali Palace Hotel (the Boutique hotel is another location). The staff was very nice. We haven't met any who didn't want to help or explain! The location of the hotel is good. It's near a busy street which you need to take to go to the center of the town. Nearby there are many good restaurants! The rooms are great if you are looking for a short stay at Naxos. Two beds, a decent sized bathroom and a small balcony. They also have free parking available at the boutique hotel which we were allowed to use but keep in mind that this is 5 minutes walking from the hotel.

Immaculate, great location.exceptional staff George and Stelio’s,gave good recommendations on dining. Right across from best restaurant in Naxos , To Elliniko. We had 2 bedrooms with washer. Great for 4. Great AC. Loved the location

Everything was great!

The hotel is really beautiful, clean and the location is great. You can easily go to the nearest beach and walk to Naxos Chora. Giwrgos was really helpful with great recommendations and a friendly vibe. The room was clean and spacious with a small fridge and kitchen appliances. We would definitely visit it again!

PERFECT stay, excellent staff and location and very affordable

The room was beautiful and the hotel location was perfect. Less than 10 minutes walking to great beaches and the heart of Naxos Town. But best of all was the staff, they arranged cars for us, got us a very affordable laundry service and were always so amazingly kind. I still can’t believe how affordable it was for how nice it was, really can’t imagine booking any place else!

Superb

I had a nice room, medium size, awesome bathroom, the whole room had a minimal and pleasing aesthetic, some details were particularly nice, and a good size balcony. It was very clean which I suppose is one of the most important things. Locations is good too.
