Good location
Difficult to park for free. Ended up paying to park

The location was perfect for us, parking not an issue as the host sent over instructions of where to park. We parked in High Street Car Park and since it was after 8pm, it was free and cost £1 for all of Saturday and free again on Sunday. The apartment was nice and comfy. Bed comfortable. Wifi was easy to access and the door codes were easy to follow. We were ok but others might struggle with all the stairs to the apartment. The room was very warm but there was a fan
Everything was fine. I don't think the apartment should be included within the parking filter as it doesn't have parking as such. Street parking is available but at a cost and may not be available

The apartment is perfectly situated for the centre of Halifax and our visit to Piece Hall, and yet it is a very quiet area. It was perfect for a couple, comfortable bed, good well stocked kitchen and well done up.
I was a little anxious about getting in but it all worked very amoothly. Lee kept in touch to make sure we were in safely. We were allowed in early because the cleaners had finished. I would definitely stay here again if visiting Halifax.
There was nothing we didn't like.

This was a bonus little find for me and my family visiting Halifax, the location was great and just a short walk from town, and just round the corner from our friend we were visiting. The property was clean and everything there that we as a family needed. the parking is not great as you have to pay, and if you are staying for a long period this could be a bit costly but from what I understand there was a car park just around the corner which would enable you to park for longer periods of time - however this was not a facility that affected us. The property management were also fab and communication was spot on with no hiccups, and i had contact details if i required them but these were not needed. The cost of the property was also affordable. Thank you for making this such an easy stay, will definatly be booking this property again when we go to visit again.
There was nothing.

Modern. Location.
The lift didn’t work. Sofa bed hard. Space tight.

Location was great.
Very clean.
Good communication.
It was fine for us but the bathroom is small with a small shower cubicle and if you're a larger person, you may find it uncomfortable.

Had everything, was nice and quiet
Building was a bit scruffy
5.0 / 10.0
Nice little place to stay, close everything,
The apartment looked presentable and clean. The kitchen had everything you could need,
Toiletries provided
The bed was comfy with plenty of pillows
The property manager sent messages that we could reply to as well as a guide for the apartment, but didn't reply on the weekend
front door doesn't require you to use the security code to enter.
The stairs up to the second floor are scruffy
The hallways leading to the rooms are hot and stunk of weed.
On entry the humidity of the room was stifling, all the lights were on and the window was shut.
The bathroom was OK but there was no hand soap?
.
Window blind is stiff and torn. When the window was opened there was a strong smell of weed coming into the apartment
Recommendations - provide a fan and soap.

The location was perfect , on a very quiet road away from the centre but only a 5 minute walk to the bars.
Shane who greeted me as I was early was very friendly and welcoming.
In short I would highly recommend Halifax House . A lovely building built with Yorkshire stone like so many buildings in Halifax. I was here to buy furniture at the Vintage Sofa Showroom which is a taxi ride away , but if you are visiting Halifax you must get out and look at the beautiful countryside with the hills and the farms in the distance.
It really is stunning and also The Piece Hall which is a converted wool mill in the centre of Halifax is worth a visit. They have some fantastic restaurants, in particular The Astronomer or if you fancy a nice pint and a burger then go to Yates.
Avoid the Wetherspoons pub.
If I had any criticism of my apartment for the weekend it would be the extractor fan in the toilet hadn't been cleaned for a while. Did this ruin my weekend and would it put me off staying here again? Of course not it's a minor detail easily missed.

Had everything it said it did - oven washing machine ect
Missing a few things — tin opener, chopping board, oven dishes/tray. It’s all one room — no separation between bedroom and rest of space. Some noise as people are living in some of the flats.

An excellent apartment for a short stay to spend time with family over Christmas. Very clean, with all the essentials provided. The location is great for accessing the town centre on foot and we parked on the roadside without a problem. It was also one of the quietest apartments we've ever stayed in! The communication from Shane at Prpoerty Knights was excellent.

I liked it was in the town Centre and very easy access and a 3 min walk to everything
just mainly the corridors could be updated a little and there was no usb points in the apartment:(

Alot more useful and well needed appliances than most places! Very pleased!
A little small. But perfect use of the space. With literally everything that you need!

For the money i spent i would expect a spacious bed room and extra bed should have some space, as its next to fridge and open planned kitchen, its not that great and also we booked for three members but room is only suitable for couple or single and hence i am giving this review
Room is not suitable for three guests and its only suitable for single or couple

Great apartment for a decent price in a good location for accessing town/events. Brilliant facilities and everything you could need for a self contained short stay
On the small side, fairly compact and the communal areas corridors/foyer etc could do with an update

It was easy to find (which is a bonus in a new town) and we were fully accommodated for, it was an idea lovely little stay away.

Location is great for the centre of town. Modern and clean inside. There is everything you need for a great stay.
Shane at Property Knights is amazing. He answered any questions prior to the stay and kept us up to date with anything to do with the stay.
I wouldn’t hesitate to go back.

Location perfect. Comfy bed.
Apartment was not super clean. During covid times we expected more : glass with lip marks, rubbish in wardrobe, filthy oven tray with fat, dirty knives, dried food on plate.
Apartment is small and long, deceptive from photos. Not big enough for two people vying for space. Bathroom too very cramped, even for one.
Dark inside.
Building name isn't obvious on front of block.
Awful public areas, leaky ceiling caused rotten carpet and bare floorboards outside flat and nasty smell.
