Nice decor, well appointed, very clean.
Good location. Quiet. Easy parking
Shared, communal bathroom was a surprise, and though very clean was not ideal.
Shared kitchen / lounge was not anticipated either, though fine.
Poor instructions as to what was for our use versus the property of the owner /sitting tenants
No instructions re WiFi for example.

Everything about this property was exceptional..The Room was spotless .The room was huge with great festure beams ..Bed was very comfy ..The owner host was extremely friendly and courteous and couldn't do enough to enhance my stay .
I couldn't fault anything .I Hope to return to Halifax and I wouldn't consider anywhere else.,it is that good .Anyone visiting Halifax should ignore the hotels and book this property.

Great host, very clean, good location.
Shared bathroom/toilet between four rooms. Room was described as private bathroom. No facilities in room, very nice kitchen, but again shared. No milk for tea.
