Le logement propre ,fonctionnel et assez confortable . La piscine assez grande . l'emplacement exceptionnel à 200 m de la plage de Pentrez au départ du GR34
il faudrait rénover la douche de la SDB du bas et la terrasse est trop proche de celle du logement mitoyen ( claustra) mais ce sont vraiment des détails

Petite maison agréable avec un bon rapport qualité prix. La piscine est top, couverte, à bonne température. Acces à la plage à 500m à pied. Placards de rangement dans le salon et les chambres. Frigo de bonne taille. Local privé attenant à la maison pour ranger velo, surf, materiel de pêche.
Un seul wc dans le logement au rdc, pas tres pratique la nuit pour de jeunes enfants. Terrasse avec vis à vis des voisins, il serait possible de mettre des panneaux des 2 cotés et non d'un seul, pour plus d'intimité.
