Poor quality breakfast

The location was fine, and the rooms were fine. The staff were nice

The breakfast was not worth the money 😕, ( better going to the bakery next door ) poor food to choose from 😢. Seen bugs running around the food area at breakfastmeal, reported to the lady on reception , not a good response! Very loud outside early mornings. Double beds are very small.

I was very pleased with my stay and would recommend it to others.

The location was excellent and the view was lovely. It was very close to a bus stop and there were regular buses to the city centre.

Very nice comfortable hotel excellent location for tourist attractions. Lovely beach across the road and excellent restaurants and boulangerie next door. We will always use this hotel when visiting Brest.

Good location at the beach and on a bus route. A few restaurants nearby. Nice bakery on the ground floor. Nice area overall. Bed was comfy and room was nice overall.

Terrible breakfast selection - DO NOT pay for it. Staff weren't exactly friendly, especially one lady. No hand soap in the bathrooms, and the stopper broken in the bath so we couldn't use it. Room wasn't cleaned one day when we asked for it to be. No supermarket nearby. Hotel is relying totally on the location to be honest.

The room we booked was overlooking the Bay which was lovely. It was clean, had an elevator, good breakfast, close to a bar, restaurant and bakery as well as easy walking along the beach and promenade to Oceania. bus stop opposite so easy access to the station and town

The room was small and smelled of damp, the bath plug was broken so it was impossible to fill the bath. The hairdryer was broken and my son could feel the springs in his bed. I had booked 11 nights but it was so bad I left after 3 nights. They only refunded me 4 nights of my remaining 8 but I couldn't stay there any longer.

Quite a good hotel for the money. The hotel is simple and not very new but in a great location right next to the beach and yachting harbour.

The rooms were very small but I guess it is normal in France. The rate did not include breakfast and I think the rate of the breakfast is a bit expensive. But luckily there is a nice cafe in the same building.

Location was ok.

The property was not as advertised. Bathroom was so cramped as was the room. The WiFi didn't work a The time. Staff were ok. Teabags were bigger than the cups for your tea. Stains all over the vanity. The property was expensive.

Decent spot to relax for a night.

The views from the balcony were great. The staff was very friendly and accommodating.

No phones in the room. No air conditioning made for hot days. The front doors close at certain times of the day and no one gave us the door codes to get back into the building.

No secure parking The room was not as described. Electrical sockets in the room and hall way were broken and internal wiring exposed. Bathroom door damaged. Hairdryer didn't work.

noise and no air condition, with closed windows wAs boiling hot at room, with open - there was a lot of noise from the street from 4am. because there is bakery and store at this site and they are loading their vans

The balcony room didn’t really have a balcony! Not one that could be used / sat out on. I would not have paid the extra had I known it would not actually be a balcony in the true sense of the word!

Sea view is nice, although roadside is night noisy.

very very hot in the room, very very small - hit my knee on the sink in the bathroom putting my socks on. Balcony should be bigger - it’s just a garde corps. No space to move around. Don’t ask for upfront payment. My partner was to pay for our stay, but I paid my nights stay as they requested it. Not happy. I don’t expect to pay for my room in advance.

My booking was not as I booked it.

I booked a room with two separate beds and an ocean view, several weeks in advance. Upon arrival something had gone wrong and they had to put us in a room without the view and with beds standing together.
