after getting out of the elevator, there are a few stairs to go up, just a little unconvenient for carrying large luggage

If your flight gets cancelled and you need to stay near the train station for not much money, it’s ok

Location, comfy bed and good shower.

Mould in the bedrooms, very tired and run down. Carpets that make you want to keep your shoes on.

Good simple overnight stay

Room was basic but low cost. Excellent location. Good view over the port and Rade, close to bars and restaurants, fine for our purposes. Good secure bike storage.

The welcome from the staff was not friendly, nobody smiled or tried to be helpful beyond doing the minimum their job required. Improving the customer service would make this a great low-cost hotel si pleas try harder. Only paper cups in the room, no shower curtain, room was simple.

Pleasant and affordable

The beds were comfortable and the room size was big. The persona were very nice and the property felt safe. The breakfast was also nice.

It was very noisy. There was road work when we were there but with no A/C and the heat, we could not sleep with the windows closed due to the noise from the street.

Very helpful and friendly staff. Able to leave rucksack in secure room until checkin time. Hotel well placed for station, town centre and tram.

My room was stiflingly hot with window closed but the traffic noise was unbearable if I opened it. It was one of the hottest nights of the year, so I did not have a comfortable night.

The panoramic view room was superb. Staff was friendly, helpful and they gave me a room with balcony, on request.

I have asked for a room with a seaview one month prior to arrival and was informed it was not available only one day prior to arrival. The view I had was miserable.
