Great staff in a good stop over hotel

The staff were so very welcoming professional and helpful. The room was an ok size and bed was comfortable so slept well

There was no net curtain and anyone walking up the road opposite could see right in Would have been nice to have an additional pillow for both people and a kettle would have been nice

Big room for a family. Nice bathroom. Well situated.

The hotel room was very dirty, when we arrived there were still towels wet o the bathroom floor, carpet from the room was dirty too.

Le bruit des voitures la nuit malgré la fenêtre fermée…. Pas du tout reposant… Les murs des toilettes tachés… Le petit déjeuner n’est pas très bien. Pas de thé breakfast mais des thés très sophistiqués peu adaptés pour le petit déjeuner… Ma demande n’a pas été comprise ni entendue…

Petit déjeuner très bon et copieux. Accueil très agréable et personnel toujours souriant et disponible. Nous avons été surclassé dans une chambre plus grande et avec un balcon. Merci.

Le petit déjeuner était varié et on avait du choix que ce soit niveau sucré ou salé.

Le café au petit déjeuner était vraiment décevant. On voyait carrément de l'eau couler de la machine et très peu de café. De plus, je n'ai pas aimé le goût. On aurait dit du café filtre à l'ancienne. Préciser où ce trouve le lait pour les céréales serait un plus. Coté chambre, il y avait des traces colorées sur le drap. Je m'attendais à mieux en termes de standing pour un "Ibis Styles" mais la cambre était propre et bien équipée.

des personnes ont pénétrées dans ma chambre en pleine nuit. Inadmissible !!!

Le calme, la décoration et petit déjeuner correcte

Je tiens à exprimer mon profond mécontentement concernant un incident grave survenu lors de mon séjour. La personne en charge de l’accueil de nuit a remis ma carte de chambre à des individus en état d’ébriété, lesquels ont ensuite pénétré dans ma chambre en pleine nuit. Une telle négligence est totalement inacceptable et aurait pu avoir des conséquences très sérieuses. Je précise que j’étais accompagnée de ma fille au moment des faits.
