Toilet dirty, very disappointed

A good location

The toilet was not properly clean, that is a basic in any hotel independently of the cathegoty. We commented and they just cleaned and offered us a couple of sweets. We did not received any comment from Hotel Management. I consider do not provide a clean bathroom/toilet is improper and shameful. We expected a Management comment and show diligences to avoid repetition.

Super friendly staff, delicious breakfast, nicely appointed room (bijou but modern and very clean). Comfy beds and wonderfully soft percale bed linen.

Liked the location, close to restaurants and reasonable walking distance from city centre.

Très bien, literie top, salle d'eau parfaite, ergonomie de l'ensemble top.

Le seul petit problème se situe au niveau de la porte de garage principale qui ne s'ouvre pas en sortant,il faut donc appeler la réception avec son portable, ce qui peut poser problème si vous ne l'avez pas, car en fait à cet endroit il n'y a pas d'autres possibilités de contacts.

Hôtel très bien situé (nous allions à un concert juste en face) et la déco est super belle ! Le petit déjeuner est vraiment parfait, avec des produits de qualité !

Une belle et bonne escale

On se croit excentré mais en fait c'est n'est pas le cas, car en sortant de l’hôtel et en prenant à gauche vous rattrapez des escaliers pour aller au centre de la ville et voir la rue de Siam. De plus il y a de très bons restaurants vraiment tout proches à pied comme La Maison de l'Océan où l'on s'est régalé. Ce mercure est un 4 étoiles qui coche toutes les cases...........literie, petit déjeuner, parking etc.....tous les critères requis sont bien présents et bien notés

Tolles Hotel, empfehlenswert

Das Hotel ist hervorragend. Alles ist neu und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Rezeptionistinnen und Rezeptionisten waren alle sehr freundlich und sehr sympathisch. Das Zimmer ist praktisch und angenehm eingerichtet. Unsere Wäsche wurde super gereinigt und auch sonst war alles sehr gut.

Beim Frühstück sollte regelmäßig nachgefüllt werden. Oft lag nur ein Croissant und nur ein Gebäckstück noch da, was niemand sich zu nehmen traute. Das Frühstück passte irgendwie nicht zu dem sonst so perfekten Hotel. Aber trotzdem hatten wir einen tollen Aufenthalt, vielen herzlichen Dank dafür!

Chambres supérieures beaucoup trop petites et mal équipées ,

Son emplacement sur le port bien que l’hôtel s’intitule port centre.

Les chambres minuscules où 2 valises ouvertes ne pouvaient pas rentrer. Pas de penderie digne de ce nom juste quelques cintres dans un coin, table de nuit trop petite…thé , café au minimum…

L’accueil sympathique, le bon petit déjeuner, la taille de la chambre

Certains choix d’aménagement : lits très hauts au dessus du sol, table de nuit en métal. Il semble que parfois le confort a été sacrifié à l’esthétique moderniste. Par ailleurs, l’absence de restaurant est gênante, et l’argument selon lequel « il y en a beaucoup à proximité » pourrait être vrai pour tout hôtel urbain. Accessoirement, le dimanche soir, le « plein à proximité » se raréfie.

Dommage qu'il n'y ait pas de table et/ou tablette suffisamment grande dans la chambre pour poser un ordinateur portable face au lit.

Grosse déception

Client chez Mercure, nous avons été déçus par la politique commerciale de cette direction (2 suppléments animaux pour 2 chats alors que partout ailleurs on ne nous en compte qu'un seul). Nous avons trouvé les motivations fournies mesquines au regard du fait que l'hôtel était quasi vide et que nous restions 5 jours. Les offres commerciales ne doivent-elles concernées que les clients "professionnels", les clients "particuliers" qui restent 5 jours en période touristique très creuses n'ont-ils droit à rien ?

Schöner Aufenthalt mit super Service

Das Personal war super freundlich. Wir sind mit dem Fahrrad angereist und es war überhaupt kein Problem einen sicheren Platz dafür zu finden mit der Hilfe der Rezeption.

Das Frühstück war doch sehr klein für den Preis.
