A gorgeous and comfortable stay in the heart of Brest!

The hotel is absolutely beautiful, has a very calm and peaceful environment, I felt myself relaxing the moment I stepped through the door. The room was super comfortable - fantastic shower and a dreamy bed, we slept amazingly well! The spa was the cherry on top - a gorgeous space where you can relax.

The breakfast options were a bit limited - I'm vegetarian and could only have scrambled eggs from the "hot" table. It would've been good to have some variety there, like boiled or fried. Finally, we were pushed aside at 11:00 so they could set up for brunch, which was absolutely empty for at least the next hour, meaning we could've comfortably finished our breakfast at our table without causing any issues.

Small and overcharged room with no courtesy.

There was nothing to like in this hotel.

Breakfast: Boiled eggs were rotten and smelly, when we complaint nobody bother and provided us with fresh boiled egg. Staff: Very rude behavior. I asked for booking taxi but they refused and asked me for getting taxi from airport directly. We requested hotel to keep our luggage in lobby safe place during check out and we request them to give us once we return from Oceanopolis, but we were suprised when we return to hotel they had handed over our luggage to a taxi driver without our authorization or confirmation. Luckily frontdesk staff had driver number otherwise we had lost our all luggage and money. This hotel took my passport in hotel as security, no hotel in the world has ever requested for holding passport. This hotel is not recommended at all due to poor quality services.

Best thing about our awful travel day

Convenient to the train station; we didn’t get a chance to explore the facilities because we this was a very brief overnight stay necessitated by Transavia’s cancellation of our evening flight.

Very nice hotel, with all needed comfort, beautiful room and very good stuff! Breakfast was brilliant. I did not have time for spa and swimming pool but I am pretty sure it would be a good experience.

A great place for a relaxing break!

A lovely hotel. The staff were efficient, friendly and helpful. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The facilities in the room were very good . My husband and I particularly enjoyed the pool and spa and we treated ourselves to a massage which was relaxing. The spa staff were very professional, caring and pleasant. The hotel decor is attractive. Our room was on the 5th floor but there were two lifts so it wasn't a problem. The hotel is well placed in Brest for shops, restaurants, the cable car and other attractions. It was a very relaxing and enjoyable stay. We would definitely stay there again.

The room lacked cupboard or wardrobe space. The wardrobe was taken up by television, coffemaking facilities, fridge and safe. Although there were 2 lifts, I am a little nervous in general of lifts and one of them was juddering a little on the way down each time which caused me some concern.

Didn't really live up to my expectations

Good location, good price. (<250€/night for a suite with breakfast and free access to spa) Nice art deco concept. Big Sunday market right outside the hotel. Easy to get around in Brest with Bibus, I even found a nice plage (Saint Anne) right outside of town, accessible by the city bus.

According to booking.com the suite I booked should have a private terrace. It didn't. I didn't complain because I valued the bathtub higher than a terrace, but it's nice when the description is adequate. Cleaning was a bit so and so, I started by viping the previous guests' breadcrumbs from the marble table (which by the way was a bit broken and had several ring marks from glasses) and on the third day of my trip I came back and found the door to the suite left ajar after the cleaner had been there. Ouch! Sauna didn't have a water bucket so there was no way to make steam. The steam (löyly in Finnish) is an essential part of the sauna experience.

A pleasant and generally comfortable stay with an excellent breakfast

There ws no booking system and/or supervision of numbers for the pool/sauna area which meant the space was very overcrowded and noisy - there was nowhere left to sit and we were not able to use the small pool or jacuzzi as both were full

Great location, great amenities.

The pool is amazing, rooms and beds are comfy, the reception is a beautiful place to chill, complementary tea and coffee were great! The location is also very good !

The jacuzzi was not functional and they didn’t repair it for a long period of time. The pool hours should be extended until midnight since there are lots of people coming in. The staff should add more hair conditionner and shampoo in the bathrooms, especially for people with long hair.

Superb stay in Brest, would highly recommend

The location was amazing, close to the train station and near the shopping street. The decor was amazing, very old-world charm, reminds you of a John Wick movie.

Great hotel.

Attentive staff and very comfortable hotel.

The hotel is still under construction. The buttons in the elevators are confusing and you will end up in the wrong floor. Hot water take a while to come out of the shower.

Good for a one night trip.

The breakfast was good but not worth 16€. I liked the comfortable bed, the spacious room, the friendly staff and the good location.

The room smelled of cold tobacco and looked like the last renovation was done a long time ago. No power sockets near the bed. The remote control was not working.

C’était superbe, nous reviendrons .

Le personnel est accueillant et souriant . Nous avons passés un agréable moment, même si c’était que pour 1 nuit. Le confort de la literie . Le spa.

Seul point négatif, Niveau propreté ( dans les chambres ) , rien de dramatique. Mais, quelque poussière sur les tête de lit et sous le canapé convertible. Si non c’était superbe .

La décoration de l’hôtel, le confort des chambres, une très jolie salle de bain

Un petit déjeuner très en dessous du niveau général de l’hôtel et loin des attendus d’un établissement 4 étoiles. De la compote andros en pot, pas franchement de produits locaux ou sourcés, des œufs brouillés mauvais, du pain pas terrible.

Notre séjour à l’hôtel Le Conti ne nous a pas permis de nous détendre comme nous le souhaitions.

Bel établissement, la décoration soignée témoigne d’une volonté d’exception, bonne literie, salle de douche fonctionnelle et agréable (manquent quelques étagères dans la chambre pour défaire sa valise). Le lieu de restauration/bar est très agréable et cosy, le choix des boissons/plats/petit déjeuner est satisfaisant.

Le spa ne répond absolument pas à une expérience bien-être attendue dans la mesure où les enfants/ados sont acceptés et n’ont pas les codes. Rappel ici fait que jaccusi/sauna sont d’ordinaire non admis au - de 12 ans. Que dire des enfants de 4/5 ans.. Résultat un tohu-bohu à la piscine/jaccusi à chaque tentative en fin d’après-midi sur notre séjour de 4 jours/3 nuits. Déplorable dans la mesure où ce sont ces équipements qui ont défini notre destination pour se détendre. En échangeant avec le personnel nous avons compris que c’est un choix délibéré de la direction qui nuit fondamentalement à l’intérêt de ces équipements. A bon entendeur.

Se ressourcer sans partir loin

Le séjour dont j avais besoin pour déconnecter , me ressourcer sans partir trop loin . L établissement est très joliment décoré offrant ainsi une atmosphère cosy et reposante . Il est très bien situé à proximité du centre ville et de la gare . Les chambres sont de tout confort le spa le restaurant tout est fait pour offrir une expérience excellente et de qualité .

La seule petite chose à Améliorer éventuellement un café filtre serait plus en adéquation avec le reste des prestations du petit déjeuner ..

Impeccable

Accueil superbe, la zone du SPA est très bien, les horaires sont très flexibles, on pouvait y accéder tôt le matin jusqu'au tard le soir. On a bien profité de notre séjour.

Pas de parking réservé à l'hôtel, obligation d'utiliser le parking payant au centre-ville, où il est assez compliqué de trouver la place. La perte du temps pour se garer.
