Best Hotel in Brest.

Our room was amazing, with two picture windows overlooking the port. It was clean, tidy and very comfortable. Great lift up to the rooms and we parked right outside the front door. The staff were lovely and friendly and everyone we met said hello.

Wonderful comfortable room. Amazing comfortable bed, great linen. Air con!!! The room service from the bar was excellent and only €1 to have it delivered. Great tv with access to my own Netflix was easy using the qr scanning. Staff were very friendly and efficient. We both loved this hotel and it really felt luxurious. We would definitely return here. Loved it

I paid the room with access to spa it was more expensive than the room without acces to spa. But I couldn't profit of spa because it wasn't available.

Pleasant

The room was spacious and clean. Good cosmetics.

Very poor wifi (had to sit next to the door). The problem wasn't fixed although it was reported twice. We weren't informed about two kinds of breakfast available in the hotel. As a result we had continental breakfast although we were sure we had buffet. During our breakfast the restaurant was being cleaned (e.g. cleaning windows, vacuuming). Stuff’s level of English unsatisfactory.

Not nearly as good as it initially looks

There was no extractor fan working in the bathroom. The telephone was broken, we couldn’t replace onto the cradle. Air conditioning wouldn’t come on for temperatures under 24 degrees. Spa wasn’t open until 10am (check out 11am). Poor service at the bar, we gave up waiting twice, to be served. Restaurant staff very inexperienced. Restaurant not very clean. We found a large old prawn that looked like it’d been there for days under our table at breakfast. In summary, poor service and not worth the money.

Feeling like princes and princesses

Having an indoor pool is a clever choice while weather can be unstable. The room was huge and comfy. We loved the peignoirs !!!

I was expecting a better sea view but actually that gave the charm of the staying.

Excellent facilities, good staff who speak English, very clean, fabulous view from top floor bedroom of the working port and glamorous sailing ships, all very easy to use and lovely

Have suggested a different configuration for the wardrobe and also to add hooks for hanging coats which may get wet in the rain

Wait a year before going here.

The location of the restaurant on the top (5th) floor overlooking the bay was super. And the room was spacious with a good view.

The TV in our room would turn on but there was no signal from any station. The door to the balcony would not lock. The service in the restaurant was abysmal and the quality of the food was not great. The price of the dinner we had was very reasonable, however the buffet breakfast was quite expensive in comparison (half of what the dinner cost). We will wait a year before returning after they have gotten the bugs worked out. They have only been open for 3 ½ months so some of this is expected.

Really everything is great. But why do you choose these kind of aweful two led pannels in the room. The rest of light is great. But very small point. You don´t need them. Just great

Very good

The new hotel is nice. (almost) Everything works well and the staff at check in was very friendly. Beds are good and so is the shower. A choose of 15+ restaurants on walking distance.

The surrounding is still a little bit rough. The building I had i view of in my room was empty and had broke windows. Hope for the hotel the area will be delopped further and make it more confertable.
