Good value for the price

It's an apartment not a hotel. Once you know this, everything is fine. There is a supermarket around the corner and we had dinner in our room. It's not to far from the centre.

Practical apartments

The appartments are correct and you can walk to the city centre in 20 minutes. Even if the reception is closed, you get your keys easily from the safe. It's very easy to park the car there.

You can choose to have breakfast there and we found a little bit expensive, 9 euros, for what you get.

Basically not a single thing.

Personally, I would not dare to rent this studio. Dirty studio in bad conditions. Old furniture. Dirty and smelly carpet. Very dirty and stained walls, all around the studio. Really, do not trust the pictures they put on Booking.com, it has nothing to do with what we got. It is just crazy to see how they do not even put the effort in improving the facilities, especially during the Covid-19 situation.

Not for people that hate heights without elevator, 15 steps by floor are too much if in 4th floor.

We were hosted in a 4th floor without elevator, 15 steps by floor my wife had walking difficulties and the move of all luggage was done on my own without any help, stairs up and down... No reception services everythng worked automatically and we were allowed to the room after a phone call from the reservation basic info provided by booking.

le coin cuisine, le calme et le confort des lits ! Nous pensons revenir en tant que "touristes" et en profiter pour visiter Brest. Cet hébergement répondra, à nouveau, entièrement à notre attente.
