Nice French-style vacation appart-hotel. We stayed during low winter season, so it was not very full and affordable. Nothing bad to say overall, nice place for a family stay by the sea shore. Kitchenette well equipped, dishwasher and all needed stuff, nice view on the ocean, a little private beach right below the window. 2-room apartment (a living room + bed room) was comfortable enough for a family with two kids.

It's a little far from the downtown, super markets, restaurants and all the stuff are accessible only by car, though anyway the place doesn't make sense without a car.

Fantastische Unterkunft direkt am Meer.

Die Lage direkt am Meer ist fantastisch. Der Swimming Pool mit Blick auf das Meer ist traumhaft. Man kann von der Unterkunft aus direkt loswandern oder auch an den Strand gehen. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und kompetent. Parkplätze befinden sich direkt an der Unterkunft.

Arrives le dimanche. Nous avons rencontré une dame responsable de l'entretien et ou menage. Nous étions un peu perdu, elle nous a conduit vers l'accueil. Nous avons pu récupérer nos clés. Nous avons fait le tour de l'espace avec elle. Avons apprécié cet accueil chaleureux

Es war ok, aber wiederkommen würde ich nicht.

Die Dame an der Rezeption war zwar bei Ankunft nicht mehr anwesend, hat sich aber per Mail und Telefon sehr bemüht um die Schlüsselübergabe und den Erklärungen, die das App. betreffen.

Die Lage der Wohnung war im Erdgeschoß, über einen Gang zu erreichen, der insgesamt nicht sehr einladend gewirkt hat…eher renovierungsbedürftig, was auch schon in den diversen Rezensionen beschrieben wurde. Etwas irritiert fand ich auch, dass man sich selbst das Bett überziehen musste und bei der Abreise alles wieder abziehen musste. Es ist zwar (für mich bis dato nur in Frankreich so erlebt) fast üblich, dass man in vielen Unterkünften bei der Abreise das Bett abzieht, aber bei Ankunft würde ich mir schon erwarten, dass alles fertig ist.

-dostaliśmy apartament na parterze mimo przesłanego do obiektu zapytania/prośby (bez odpowiedzi ze strony obiektu) o apartament taki jak na zdjęciu zarezerwowanej oferty czyli z balkonem. Recepcjonistka poinformowała nas , że nie ma dostępu do korespondencji z platformą Booking.com (więc kto ma?) Umieszczone na platformie zdjęcie widoku z okna sypialni na błękitne niebo podczas gdy my mieliśmy 1 m przed oknem pionową ścianę z kamienia i korytarz-bez komentarza. - obiekt wymaga gruntownego odnowienia. Uszkodzona/ze śladami rdzy wanna, odrapana farba na meblach i ościeżnicach ( uszkodzenia zgłosiliśmy na miejscu),insekty. Brudno. Po pokazaniu recepcjonistce ok 1 cm warstwy kamienia w czajniku elektrycznym został on zabrany....i już... - 3 metry od tarasu apartamentu- ogólnodostępny stół do ping-ponga- atrakcja nie dla szukających wypoczynku i relaksu. - przy wyjeździe poprosiłam o fakturę, wg informacji miała zostać przesłana na adres e-mail, nie dotarła. Po miesiącu poprzez komunikator booking.com ponowiłam prośbę.....efekt podobny. To nie był komfortowy i udany pobyt, a sytuacja z fakturą zdaje się dopełniać całość.

- Balcon très spacieux et la vue sur mer magnifique. - Pas de vis-à-vis direct avec les autres résidents de la résidence, car les balcons sont décalés. - accès libre à la piscine ( même si pas utilisé) - la vue sur mer et proche du centre, rien que ça mérite qualité/ prix...à revisiter. ...

Les équipements de cuisine ( le frigidaire qui met beaucoup de temps à refroidir... les boissons étaient souvent dans le congélateur ) et la télévision dans la chambre ne fonctionnait pas.

Prix justifié par la situation mais pas par l'état du logement et de son entretien

La localisation est purement exceptionnelle. Le petit balcon permet de profiter 24h/24 d'une fabuleuse vue sur la baie de Cap Morgat.

Vétusté de certains éléments tels que le mobilier et la décoration. Cet ensemble date probablement de 30 ans et mériterait certainement le renouvellement des installations. Les sanitaires sont d'une autre époque avec des robinets mélangeur non thermostatiques, portes de douches laissant l'ezu s'écouler dans toute la sdb. Lit de 140 cm plus de mise en 2025..... Les extérieurs sont vetustes et pas très propres, peintures verdies et écaillée.....inox ternis. Mobilier de terrasse très corrodés. Le linge mis a disposition présentait aussi des signes d'un âge certains ( taches indélébiles)

Les pieds dans l'eau

Vue exceptionnelle, les pieds quasiment dans l'eau. La plage et l'accès à la l'océan très pratiques. Une chouette piscine avec des bains de soleil ☀️une tranquillité pas à la hauteur pour un mois de juin ( école) juste des enfants et surtout des parents laxistes qui laissent les enfants, plonger, crier, courir alors qu'il est indiqué de ne pas plonger ( 160 cm de profondeur) Dans l'appartement, un balcon avec chaises et fauteuils très agréables, avec vue mer des deux côtés. La tranquillité du lieu.

Le bâtiment commence à être vétuste et réparé ou rénové de manière disparate. Un coup de peinture serait bienvenu et surtout le retrait du plâtre crépi au mur. Ayant eu une semaine de temps magnifique, nous étions beaucoup dehors et cela m'a moins dérangé. La baignoire est très haute et pour enjamber sans glissade relève d'une grande vigilance.

Ruim appartement met alle benodigdheden. Mooie uitzicht van balkon over de baai. (Gedeeltelijk tegen buurhotel)

Hoewel de receptie niet open was en sleutel in kluisje, kon toch niet eerder dan 17 uur komen. De ruimte en balkon heeft wat onderhoud nodig. Oude magnetron werkte slecht. Ondanks flinke prijs voor één nacht, toch zelf bed opmaken.
