Overall, a good experience.

The location was stunning. We had an amazing top floor room with 2 balconies. Incredible views. We also appreciated the welcome gift and bottle of prosecco. The staff were very nice and professional.

Some parts of hotel were dated. Would be nice to switch up the breakfast options as we were there for 5 nights. Also, I’m not sure I would recommend the Possa wine tour. It wasn’t very professional and seemed thrown together.

I highly recommend

Fantastically polite and helpful reception staff. They quickly get involved and resolve any request. The location of the hotel and the view from the window are TOP. The breakfast is quite acceptable.

Wonderful property with stunning views

This is such a lovely property. The staff is exceptional- to a person, each staff member was friendly, helpful and welcoming. Rooms aren’t huge but enough room and comfortable. Modern and updated. Restaurant was great. Venus Bar/Palmaria patio has an incredible view. Gym is on smaller side but we were able to get a workout in. I don’t know why this town gets overshadowed by Cinque Terre towns and other coastal resorts. It is so beautiful.

Die Lage ist top, in 5 Minuten ist man überall! Porto Venere ist so ein entzückendes kleines Dorf, aber es ist wunderschön. Essen war sehr gut, Service ausgezeichnet, doch man muss auch dafür bezahlen - es ist alles für italienische Verhältnisse sehr teuer.

This is definitely not a five star hotel! This is a scam. It struggles to be a 4 star.hotel at twice the price I often question the Booking.com rating system . It is extremely overpriced.The rooms and bathrooms and vanity are small. The food in the restaurant was not fresh. There were few guests dining there. The wine was not fresh . I felt ill after eating. The outside street restaurants are so much better.

Wonderful location and staff

The location is perfect for visiting the town. The staff was truly extraordinary - warm, friendly and attentive. Nice food in the restaurant as well. Lovely little bar with good service.

The hotel is already very expensive and they charge 24 euros per day for parking too. But you need the parking in such a small town!

Excelente opción para visitar Cinqueterre

El personal siempre fue muy amable y estuvieron siempre atentos a nuestras necesidades. Gracias sobretodo a Marta, Simone y Sergio y Gianluca. La cena estuvo en el restaurante estuvo muy rica y el servicio también siempre fue muy atento. Gracias a Brian y a Gino por su amabilidad.

Que no tiene el baño espacio para colocar las cosas personales. Tampoco hubo forma de bajar un poco a la calefacción. Por más que queríamos bajar a 22 grados, el termostato siempre se mantuvo en 24.5. Las dos últimas noches tuvimos que dejar abierta la ventana para refrescar un poco la habitación.
