Extremely overprices 4 star hotel.

This is definitely not a five star hotel! This is a scam. It struggles to be a 4 star.hotel at twice the price I often question the Booking.com rating system . It is extremely overpriced.The rooms and bathrooms and vanity are small. The food in the restaurant was not fresh. There were few guests dining there. The wine was not fresh . I felt ill after eating. The outside street restaurants are so much better.

Overall, a good experience.
The location was stunning. We had an amazing top floor room with 2 balconies. Incredible views. We also appreciated the welcome gift and bottle of prosecco. The staff were very nice and professional.
Some parts of hotel were dated. Would be nice to switch up the breakfast options as we were there for 5 nights. Also, I’m not sure I would recommend the Possa wine tour. It wasn’t very professional and seemed thrown together.

I highly recommend
Fantastically polite and helpful reception staff. They quickly get involved and resolve any request. The location of the hotel and the view from the window are TOP. The breakfast is quite acceptable.
