Todo hermoso ❤️ La habitación es preciosa y limpísima. Con todas las comodidades. La ubicación perfecta, en una callecita pintoresca y tranquila del centro histórico. Los anfitriones muy atentos y amables. Tuvimos una confusión con las fechas y se encargaron muy amorosamente de ayudarnos a resolverlo en el momento!!! Muy pero muy amables, realmente les agradecemos mucho porque nos salvaron nuestra estadía.

Il titolare Fabio è una persona gentilissima e affabile! E' stato molto cortese ed esaustivo sia nella descrizione dei servizi offerti, che nel fornirci utili suggerimenti su cosa visitare a Portovenere e dintorni. Abbiamo conosciuto anche la moglie Paola, gentilissima e molto cordiale. La struttura era proprio come in foto, tutto nuovo e molto accogliente. La posizione dell'alloggio è ottima sia per scendere alla passeggiata sul mare sia per salire a visitare chiesa e fortezza soprastanti. Il soggiorno è stato molto gradevole perciò consigliamo assolutamente di soggiornare presso questa struttura.

E' andato tutto bene, se possiamo dare un consiglio, si potrebbe suggerire agli ospiti di non fare eccessivo rumore nelle zone comuni.

Sulla struttura nulla da dire , anzi posso solo commentare positivamente in tutto . Pozione perfetta , in centro a porto Venere . Stanza comodissima e spaziosa ! Letto comodo e bagno molto bello e doccia molto grande . Consigliato da Fabio l’osteria Da Cesare , dove abbiamo mangione benissimo e tutto molto buono . Altra cosa che mi ha fatto molto piacere è avere la macchinetta del caffè in camera con qualche snack di benvenuto , molto gradito perché non tutto lo fanno . E anche il frigo in camera top ! Posso solo fare i complimenti a Fabio ! 🔝

Una stanza piccola ma modernissima, una bomboniera, Fabio un angelo!

Camera BELLISSIMA, NUOVISSIMA, in posizione strepitosa, a due passi dal centro storico e dalla chiesa di S Pietro e il Castello.. Piccola piccola, ma più che sufficiente per il soggiorno di una o due notti. Letto e lenzuola migliori di quelle che ho a casa mia .. <3 Il bagno modernissimo, con tutti i prodotti da bagno di buona qualità, Stanza SILENZIOSISSIMA... Macchinetta per fare il caffè, biscotti, cialde per il caffè, salatini, amaretti..Il proprietario ci ha proprio viziate!! Un grosso problema causato da una frana che bloccava il percorso che dovevamo fare ( eravamo in trekking di tre giorni con zaino in spalla ) ..e ci sballava tutto il programma con ore e tanta strada in più...risolto dal meraviglioso Fabio che ci ha accompagnate in auto oltre la frana per permetterci di proseguire il viaggio..GRAZIE!!!!

Esperienza fantastica

La struttura si trova proprio al centro geografico del paese, comoda per raggiungere tutti i servizi e le attrazioni. Fabio e la moglie sono molto disponibili e simpatici, hanno reso il nostro soggiorno ancora più piacevole consigliandoci e spiegandoci come e dove andare.

Wonderful!!!

The rooms are newly renovated, big and clean. Fabio and Paola are great hosts, they are funny, warm and welcoming. Fabio has great recommendations for what to do in Portovenere and for day trips. They're always available if there's any issues and Fabio has a wealth of funny stories. There's a coffee machine with tea, coffee and hot chocolate capsules and complementary snacks and candy. Shower water pressure is very good, bed is comfortable and there's daily housekeeping. There are plenty of restaurants nearby and a supermarket with very polite pleasant employees are just few minutes walk from the apartment. Highly recommend staying in Portovenere and Oblo as a base to explore cinque terre.

Thoroughlt enjoyed my stay

Very localised place above the Main Street. water provided in the fridge and owner came to meet us when we were unable to find his place. He also recommended us to a nice restaurant with fantastic food! Overall very

no air condition but there is a ceiling fan. Need to to keep the windows open which can be a bit noisy since the Main Street is just below.

Brilliant stay in Portovenere!

Check in from owner was great, he was very friendly and made us feel at home. The place is in brilliant location, in the heart of Portovenere, just one street back from the front which is the perfect mix of quiet and close! The room was very clean with nice extra touches like water in the fridge and homemade chocolates! The decor was good and modern and the bed was extremely comfortable.

It was very hot (we were told very unusually as there was a heatwave!) which made sleeping difficult, the fan somewhat helped and the owner gave us cold water which was very nice. Only improvement i could suggest would be air conditioning and better curtains as the current ones are a little see through, meaning you need to change in the bathroom.

Very noisy from the walking street just outside the window and closeby church. During the night we walked uo few times because of that. Very tine room, almost claustrophobic.

The Fabio and his wife are great hosts, and nothing is too much trouble.

The room was big, bright and cleaned every day. Short walk to all the restaurants, shops, bus service every 20 minutes in to La Spezia and the ferry service minutes away.

Exceptional

Fabio is one of the greatest hosts I have ever met! He helped us with a parking space, an impossible matter to be solved on a Saturday evening. He also helped us with a table reservation at one of the local restaurants, which would be difficult to find on our own.

Stairs to the property, but this is not uncommon so it doesn’t reflect the quality of the accommodation.
