Schöne Aussicht, aber billige Ausstattung.

Das Zimmer hat eine super Aussicht auf den Sonnenaufgang! Die Lage ist zentral und ruhig (von der Strasse).

Die ganze Nacht hindurch haben wir undefinierbare Geräusche aus dem Bad gehört. Wir konnten nicht herausfinden, ob es der Boiler, die Dusche oder etwas aus dem Nachbarszimmer ist. Weiter war das Bett sehr schlecht und unbequem. Auf der einen Seite sind Bettlatten herausgefallen beim sich wenden im Bett. Wir haben leider nicht gut geschlafen und waren froh, haben wir nur eine Nacht gebucht.

Een heel mooi plekje om te verblijven en centraal gelegen in Portovenere.

Het was een prachtige sfeervolle kamer en heel netjes en schoon (ingericht). De kamer, het mooie gebouw en de locatie waren centraal. Dichtbij de veerboot die je brengt naar de overige dorpjes. De host was erg behulpzaam en aardig. Ik zou heel graag weer terug willen komen ❤️

A picturesque view in a stunning location.

The property is in the perfect location and the views and ambience are so surreal with the stunning outlook.

The only issue are the steep stairs with heavy luggage, but once you are set up in the beautiful apartment, you forget all about it.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questa camera meravigliosa per una notte romantica e possiamo dire con certezza che è stata un’esperienza indimenticabile. La camera è unica nel suo genere: curata in ogni dettaglio, elegante ma accogliente, con un’atmosfera intima e rilassante che ti fa sentire subito a casa. Il vero punto forte? La vista mozzafiato sull’isola Palmaria. Aprire le finestre al mattino e trovarsi davanti questo panorama è qualcosa di difficile da descrivere a parole. Ginevra è disponibile per ogni esigenza e pronta a dare consigli molto utili per scoprire e respirare l’atmosfera di questo magico borgo.

Super nette Gastgeberin die uns vorzeitig Zugang zum Zimmer gewährte. Gut ausgestattetes Apartment. Sehr moderne Ausstattung. Schickes Bad. Super Ausblick. Top Lage. Kühlschrank, Wein Gläser, kaltes Wasser, alles vorbereitet, selbst Kaffee etc.

Leider riecht der Abfluss im Bad ein wenig, die Gastgerin ist aber informiert und wird das beheben. Eine kleine ablagefläche für einen Koffer wäre noch hilfreich.

Location meravigliosa, a due passi dal centro pittoresco di Portovenere. Alloggio super pulito ed accogliente in ogni minimo particolare. Ginevra host che mi ha ricevuto è stata davvero ospitale. Posizione eccellente! A 150 metri dal battello per Palmaria , siamo andate sempre lì al mare e 100 metri dalla fermata dell’autobus. 100 metri dal paese. I proprietari di una gentilezza rara! Lo consiglio e lo consiglierò agli amici! Al mattino io e mia mamma facevamo colazione in camera sul terrazzino vista mare , la proprietaria lascia caffè e biscotti tutti i giorni!

Nulla da dire, una piccola scala di una ventina di gradini può sembrare faticosa ma si fa tranquillamente anche più volte al giorno!

Beliggenheten var fin - nær stranda og lokalt til i Porto Venere. Kommunikasjon med vert gikk fort.

Misvisende annonse, så trodde vi hadde fått et annet rom. Bildene gjorde at vi hadde en helt annen forventning til rommet. Det stod det skulle være utsikt, men så verken gaten eller havet fra rommet. Lysene på rommet var sterile og hvite - følte vi var på et sykehus. Opplevde også rommet som skittent. Verten var spydig da jeg spurte om dette

Ihana huvila merinäköalalla

Huvilan sijainti oli hyvä ja keskeisellä paikalla lähellä merta, kauppaa, ja ravintoloita. Näkymä huoneesta merenlahdelle oli juuri sellainen, jota toivoimme. Huone oli laadukas ja tyylillä sisustettu. Lisäksi huoneessamme oli pieni parveke, jossa oli kiva istua viinilasillisella. Ginevran käsinkirjoitetut viestit olivat kiva pikku lisä. Hän piti huolen, että meillä oli kaikki hyvin.

Pysäköinti oli haasteellista, edullisin parkkipaikka löytyi kukkulan laelta n. 1 km päästä. Ruuhka-aikaan tienvarren pysäköintipaikat olivat täynnä ja maksoivat enemmän.

Absolutely Beautiful and in the perfect location

The location is perfect! Beautiful views from the windows and balcony, and close to all the shops and restaurants. We loved our stay here. Really appreciated the mini fridge, espresso machine, and supplies. It was quite warm while we were there, so the A/C had to work hard, but it managed. Loved the updated bathroom and option for self-check-in!

It would be nice to have a communal space with more drinks/snacks etc.

Sehr nette Begrüßung 🙂 Zentrale Lage, toller Ausblick, sehr nah zum Strand. Die Wohnung ist clever eingerichtet, sehr schön und mit viel Liebe zum Detail, gute Kombination zwischen historischem Gebäude und moderner Ausstattung zudem extrem Sauber, sehr bequemes Bett, ein besonderer Dank an Ginevra 🙂 Vielen lieben Dank, wir kommen gerne wieder!

Breathtaking views!

This room was amazing! Very beautiful, clean, and comfortable. The view of the sea is INCREDIBLE!!! Everything looks just like the photos online. The host was very kind and helpful and took extra care to make us feel welcome! You do need to have the WhatsApp to check in, though. Make sure you download the app before you arrive. Also note that the stairs from the street to the front door are very, very steep and there are quite a few of them.The town of Portovenere is so beautiful and clean! Everything you need is within a short walking distance.

Beautiful stay in a stunning location

Every thing about this property was amazing. The studio was clean, easy check in process, friendly helpful staff- provided excellent food and parking suggestions, the room was bright and airy, conveniently located to amenities, amazing views, delicious snacks with tea and coffee.

No staff, no requested seaside view, hard to find at night, steps old and not uniform, no useable handrail, ancient solid wood door must be locked with key behind you. If key lost you are trapped. No fire escape or extinguisher. Pitch black at entrance. No provided parking. Walked long ways to parked car.

If heading to Portovenere, this is a MUST STAY! We cannot speak highly enough of the room and the host.

Without a doubt the best part of our holiday! First and foremost, the view is unmatched. This property is a 2 minute walk from the main port which hosts all of the dining hotspots in the area, as well as some beautiful old buildings and some unbelievable sunsets. The room was large, spacious, clean and comfortable. Good sized bathroom, also very clean and well maintained. Room included water, tea and coffee and has a beautiful balcony to enjoy a glass of wine and a snack with a view over the water. Our host was incredibly kind and was happy to be contacted whenever we needed. She even gave us some amazing recommendations for the town whilst we were staying there.

The shower was a little big of a tricky shape but did not affect our experience one bit!
