We throughly enjoyed our peaceful stay here and would highly recommend it!

Beautiful hotel overlooking the water! It was just a short walk to the town center. The staff were so friendly and helpful! The rooms were clean.

We had 2 triple rooms during our stay as the room we booked wasn’t available when we arrived. One had a single bed almost at the foot of our double bed. They did however provide another room for our adult son at no extra charge for that night. The room we booked had our son upstairs in one of the single beds. The bathroom was quite small in that room. The view of the water and harbor out of our window was amazing! Breakfast was great and the dining room and patio views can’t be beat!!

view as excellant -- breakfast more than exceeded my expectation -- good variety....convenient to the core of village-- walkable --- quiet ... would have been great for family of 3-4 but not for me as solo -- all that was available

my mistake of booking a large room with included 2 other twin beds-- more than i needed as solo not really anything to improve

Very happy there

We had a wonderful welcome from the staff on arrival who ensured we had a lovely room and our expectations were exceeded. Both our bedroom and the breakfast room have beautiful views over the Bay of Poets, Palmaeria Island, the San Lorenzo church, Doria Castle, and the picturesque narrow streets of the old town. Breakfast each morning was lovely and the view inspiring. The hotel is very well located to gt to all the places that make the town worth visiting.

Super Lage mit Blick auf die Bucht/Golf. Sehr nah am Zentrum von Portovenere. Mit Vorbestellung wird Parkplatz am Hotel möglich gemacht. Freundliches hilfsbereites Personal. Bei einem vergessenem Gepäckstück wurden wir sofort informiert und eine Lösung gefunden.

Preis/Leistung hoch, sicher durch Ferienzeit bestimmt. Frühstück war etwas französisch.

Soggiorno piacevole e rilassante.

Cosa ho apprezzato maggiormente: la posizione della struttura, comoda per raggiungere a piedi il centro del paese. in cinque minuti La vista dalla camera sull'isola Palmaria. La pulizia e la disponibilità dello Staff. La colazione ricca e variata. La possibilità di parcheggiare (a pagamento) l'auto in struttura, considerando l'estrema difficoltà di trovare un posto macchina in un parcheggio pubblico a Portovenere, soprattutto in stagione turistica e al sabato e alla domenica.

Ottima posizione, buona colazione, personale gentile e disponibile.

Ottimo hotel in posizione comoda e con bella vista. Camere confortevoli e ben pulite, personale molto cortese e disponibile. Buona la colazione, ricca la parte dolce un po' meno quella salata (comunque presenti uova e bacon). Apprezzata la focaccia ligure a colazione. L'hotel si trova a mezza via tra il centro del paese e le spiagge, per cui risulta comodo a tutto. Per il parcheggio ci vuole un po' di fortuna, come in tutto il paese, ma alla fine sulla strada sopra o sotto l'albergo, qualcosa libero nel giro di poche cenitania di metri si trova (ovviamente a pagamento).

Le camere sono poco insonorizzate per cui si sentono molto i rumori sia della strada che delle altre camere Sicuramente migliorerei l'insonorizzazione, almeno quella degli infissi verso la strada, e forse con qualche arredo in più anche i rumori dalle camere vicine si smorzerebbero un poco (quadri, tendaggi, tappeti o altro) in effetti gli arredi sono forse troppo essenziali e le camere risultano piuttosto disadorne (non un quadro alle pareti, non un soprammobile, nulla). Nel nostro caso la camera dava direttamente (porta e finsetra) sul pubblico passaggio verso il mare (strada principale e passaggio pedonale), per cui, essendo anche fine settimana, fino a notte tarda c'è stata parecchia confusione.

Abbiamo ricevuto in prima battuta una stanza rumorosa. Di sicuro, manca l’insonorizzazione, ma la poca educazione dei vicini di stanza ha, letteralmente, amplificato la percezione. Ci hanno dato molto gentilmente un’altra stanza, dove ci siamo trovati meglio e, per questo, allo staff va un sincero grazie.

La ubicación. La calidad de la ropa de cama y toallas. Todo impecable. Las vistas. El desayuno completísimo

La habitación triple era muy pequeña. No era igual q las fotos que vi cuando la contraté.se entra por fuera del edificio principal. La elegí porque íbamos con mi hijo adolescente, para que tenga más privacidad y terminamos durmiendo todos juntos en una habitación más pequeña. Deberían aclararlo antes o no mostrar solo la foto de la triple con entrepiso

Really stunning property with a lovely 24 hour terrace and a breakfast area overlooking the sea. Location was central to Portovenere (and great for the Madonna Bianca festival) but a bit further out if you’re interested in seeing Cinque Terre

Only mild critique would be a slightly uncomfortable sleep, quite a few light sources in the room and a bit on the warm side - though the rooms did have AC. But to be expected in the summer

Stay beyond all expectations! Professionally run hotel; accommodating and very helpful. The staff were nice and cheerful, and did everything they could to make our stay as good as possible. Extra thanks to Stefano, who elevated the stay to another level :) Beautiful airy room with breathtaking views, delicious and varied breakfast buffet, and lovely outdoor terrace. An absolutely wonderful hotel to stay in a wonderful place

The view from our bedroom, the breakfast room and terraces were absolutely fantastic! The hotel was ideally placed between the nearest beach and the ferry boats to the Cinque Terre and a short stroll to the centre of the village. All the staff were really friendly and very helpful. The very good breakfast was always plentiful and varied and quickly replenished when required.

Good place to stay in Portnovenere

Seaview, staff is very helpful. Help me to park the car and bring 2 big luggage from -2/F to garage with many steps. Near the centre and beach

Entrance is a busy road and it need fast action to drop off luggage if u are driving. My room WiFi is not stable when I am in the bed. I need put my iPad near the door to receive the signal and go to G/F for laptop to handle working. Breakfast is not much choice and the room is quite narrow if all people are coming

A vista é deslumbrante e o hotel é muito bem loalizado, o café da manhã também é muito bom. Mudamos a reserva para ficar um dia a mais e hotel resolveu tudo para que não precisássemos trocar de quarto.

Falta mais cortesia no atendimento, aquele algo a mais que faz o cliente se sentir especial. Escolhemos o hotel para nosso aniversário de casamento, informamos isso na reserva e nem um cartão de boas vindas e parabéns pelo aniversário recebemos.
