Lovely stay away from the crowds
We had such a great time here! The family room on the top floor was fabulous. Super clean place, amazing views, very friendly staff, and a tasty breakfast. Wouldn’t bring a car here due to very limited parking. Bus 11/P from La Spezia stops really close to the hotel or you can book a shuttle. The hotel is walking distance to downtown area, local beaches and a supermarket, and it’s also an easy ferry ride to the Cinque Terre villages. A/C in the room worked great. This was one of the best stays I’ve had in a long time!!
Rooms, and especially the bathrooms, are on the smaller side but comfortable and well maintained!

Beautiful hotel overlooking the water! It was just a short walk to the town center. The staff were so friendly and helpful! The rooms were clean.
We had 2 triple rooms during our stay as the room we booked wasn’t available when we arrived. One had a single bed almost at the foot of our double bed. They did however provide another room for our adult son at no extra charge for that night. The room we booked had our son upstairs in one of the single beds. The bathroom was quite small in that room. The view of the water and harbor out of our window was amazing! Breakfast was great and the dining room and patio views can’t be beat!!

view as excellant -- breakfast more than exceeded my expectation -- good variety....convenient to the core of village-- walkable --- quiet ... would have been great for family of 3-4 but not for me as solo -- all that was available
my mistake of booking a large room with included 2 other twin beds-- more than i needed as solo not really anything to improve

Very happy there
We had a wonderful welcome from the staff on arrival who ensured we had a lovely room and our expectations were exceeded. Both our bedroom and the breakfast room have beautiful views over the Bay of Poets, Palmaeria Island, the San Lorenzo church, Doria Castle, and the picturesque narrow streets of the old town. Breakfast each morning was lovely and the view inspiring. The hotel is very well located to gt to all the places that make the town worth visiting.
