Friendly staff and great location

One room we stayed in was cold as the heating wasnt working, after a few days we mentioned this and they promptly provided a heater.

Excellent location, right in Old Town, not far from train station. Very comfortable bed, nice shower. Very good breakfast buffet. A little bit of street noise, but mostly quiet.

good location, near lots of restaurants and shops. not too far away from the train station either. Just stayed a night on our way to Arosa but would stay here again if we needed a place in Zurich.

Nice little hotel in great location

All the staff were very friendly and helpful. The room itself was quite comfortable but the size was a bit of a shock. It shouldn’t have been as its Zurich, but lucky I didn’t have a cat.. could not swing it. Sound proofing was pretty good too.

Met all of my expectations.

Traveling as a single woman, I felt safe. The location was perfect for what I was looking to do while in Switzerland. The breakfast buffet was very good, the staff was always friendly.

An excellent stay in the perfect location—clean, cozy, and ideal for exploring Zurich on foot.

The location was amazing—right in the heart of downtown Zurich and within walking distance of everything. The room was clean, comfortable, and had a cozy vibe. I also really appreciated the included breakfast, which was much better than expected.

Don’t try to cheap out, this is Zurich, don’t get this hotel!!!

I found ear plugs in the room and thought “why are this for?” Well they were for what usually ear plugs are for - there’s party all night under the windows, good luck falling asleep, and don’t be surprised waking up from loud female laughs in the middle of the night since at the other corner of this building there is a “shady bar” looking thing with young women appearing standing at the entrance occasionally!!!

Centrally located in the old town area. Lots of places to eat nearby. Fridge in room. Breakfast spread was good with some variety.

Single room a bit small but comfortable enough. Old looking hotel as to be expected for the area. No kettle in room though tea/coffee available from foyer. Expect noise from nightlife.

Beautiful spot to be for Lake Luzern

On the lake, but this is on the main road which makes opening our lake view balcony windows not possible due to noise. Old and beautiful.

This is an older hotel, but very practical and in a fantastic location. The breakfast was excellent, and the customer service was warm and attentive.

The room was quite small, with a slanted ceiling that made it feel a bit tight, and the shower and sink didn’t drain properly, which was inconvenient.

It's a value hotel, but verify that the A/C is working before you book it.

Everything was fine (except NO air conditioning when they stated they had air conditioning), the staff was fine, the room was fine, the location was good.

One of the reasons we chose this hotel was because it had air conditioning. Except although it was early September, and it was very hot weather, apparently they intentionally turn off all of the Air Conditioning at the end of August!! So, with the windows open we were kept awake by lots of voices until 1 AM (it's a busy area) and woken up at 5 AM by delivery trucks (restaurants and a grocery store). We didn't sleep much during the 2 nights we were there. The staff didn't care as they simply blamed the management.

Central location in the pedestrian old town, very clean room and bathroom, comfortable bed, nice bedlinen. I had a quiet room on the courtyard side. Friendly and helpful staff. I was compensated for the air conditioning not working. Big buffet breakfast included in the room price. I could leave my luggage after check-out.

It was a hot day and my room was one of a few left with no air conditioning. Tiny room.

Conveniently located and comfortable hotel in the heart of Zurich

Great location in the heart of old town Zürich. Very convenient for walking to restaurants and sights around Zurich. Despite being in a loud area, the hotel was well soundproofed and very quiet. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was made fresh and had lots of options to choose from. Front desk staff was very helpful.

Very simple room for the price paid, but that seems to be standard in an expensive place like Switzerland. Lobby smelled like cigarettes from people smoking outside.

The old town location was perfect. There are so many great places to eat rith there (1-2 minute walk), like Chop Stixs and Resturant La Pasta! The hotel staff was friendly, the hotel was clean with nice size rooms, comfortable beds and a great shower. A great breakfast buffet selection was included. 5-6 minute walk from the train station and the Swiss museum.. which is a must do! Your 1 block off the river.
