    The staff were very good and accommodating, especially Mark, who assisted us so well with all our needs during check-in. The room was not too big but not small either—very clean, comfortable, and cozy. And the view of the Polybahn was absolutely amazing! 🥰 We also appreciated the welcome chocolates at the entrance. 🍫 The only thing we were a little uncomfortable with was the air conditioning, especially since it’s summer. We mentioned it to the receptionist, and they kindly offered us an electric fan. Unfortunately, the AC temperature cannot be adjusted, as this is based on Swiss regulations regarding room temperature. We managed, but it would definitely be more comfortable if guests could adjust the AC to their preferred temperature, especially at night. Overall, we had a lovely stay, and the excellent service—especially from Mark—made our experience even better! Highly recommended. ❤️🇨🇭

    Good value for money compared with other 3 star hotels around. The only thing is that the room, the bathroom and the whole space is incredibly small.

    This is an ok hotel choice for Zurich standards- an expensive small room. But that is the norm here. otherwise nice location between old town and train station- nice decor and clean. But bathroom and sleeping area quite small.

    The double room is a little small as floor space is limited, but location was excellent for us to base ourselves for its proximity to the Zurich Station as well as key commercial areas.
