Everything was perfect, the hotel is located right on the beach. The food is very good, staff is friendly, cleaning is done regularly.

Very clean and quiet, close to the private beach, good food, children entertainment.
Nice staff.
Children’s dance program too short only 30 min in the evening.
Very steep entrance in the sea (does not depend on the hotel, but for children 1 step and the water is to the neck)

We are already at our third stay with the Grifid Chain (Vistamar & Sentido also), and this hotel, Encanto did not disappoint either. Plus: cleanliness with a 10/10 rating, daily housekeeping, friendly staff, warm and open people, always smiling, and a variety of dishes. We can't wait to return to the chain.🥰

Greatvlocation, on the beach, good cocktails.
Very noisy, lots of kids shouting on tha hallways all day, people fighting for food, mostly Romanians..
