GRIFID Vistamar Hotel - 24 Hours Ultra All inclusive & Private Beach

Personalul foarte amabil . Mâncarea foarte diversificată și foarte bună (gătită cu gust ) .Plaja destul de mare dacă te duci la o oră rezolvabilă . Barul de pe plaja cu personal super amabil și zâmbitori tot timpul . Băuturile calitative . Un plus foarte mare faptul ca barul este deschis 24/24 , mai ales dimineața pentru cafeaua pentru plaja ♥️ Camera foarte spațioasă (superior ) Curățenie se face zilnic și se schimbă prosopul

Nu mi-a plăcut faptul ca la plajă lipsește o toaletă . Dacă prinzi loc pe șezlong în ultimul rând și copilul are nevoie la toaletă nu are nicio șansă să mai ajungă la piscină sau hotel . Prezența unei toalete la plajă (mai ales ca este bar , și celelalte hoteluri din lanțul Grifid au toaletă la plajă )ar încuraja cu siguranță toți oamenii să nu mai folosească marea pe post de WC.

Really spacious, modern rooms. Very nice staff, and happy to help. Close to the beach. The "a la carte" restaurants were a nice menu change from the everyday buffet food. Also the pool activities were fun: we played ping pong and a few other games. Plus in our last night there was a "Mister Vistamar" contest which was very fun.

The beach bar closes at 5PM, would have been nice to stay open for longer. Also the "4 restaurants" were only 2 phisical places, one on the terrace and another one inside which swapped menus. I thought they would 4 different locations, so you can change the scenary a bit.

Big and comfortable room, spectacular view, very kind and helpful staff.

There is not any ventilation in the toilet, which makes it very hot inside. Bad smell from the bathroom drain. The cutlery,glasses and plates in the restaurant were constantly very very dirty, every day. Unfortunately I have only one picture.

Choice of food, location

Not properly cleaned bathroom at our arrival, constant smell at the bathroom, distribution of drinks during meals (several times we did not get any drinks), fitness centre is just too small, offered classes for pilates are not guided by a certified instructor, swimming pools are not at all for swimming (inside pool is too small, outside pool is obviously meant only for standing people, people throwing balls of various sizes and small kids), infinity pool was not available - it is for extra payment which we were willing to pay and which was advertised when we booked the hotel, however, they told us we can make the reservation only for next year ... ???, the beds are harder than usual, fridge in the room was so noisy we had to turn it off every night
