Breckland Lodge

It was a good location with good parking. The food was well cooked and we especially liked that the breakfast was cooked to order.

The only window in our room looked out directly onto to thehallway rather than an outside view. We therefore had to keep the blinds down otherwise it would have been like being in an episode of Gogglebox.

Was another great stay, staff were very helpful as always, food was great and the rooms very clean and tidy as always, Have not tried their breakfast but should imagine that would be great. Has got a great spacious carpark for me to park my trailor so ideal location.

Nothing to dislike

The Carvery dinner was lovely and very good value.

The small was quite small. Moving around wasn't the easiest.

Helpfulness of reception staff.

Room: very small; bathroom no light over mirror. Breakfast: Why not a Breakfast buffet. Choices had to be made to the waiter from a rigid list; the result was a lot of waste food because to have ones preferences meant choosing items which were individually too large. Also time taken waiting for order to be prepared and delivered was excessive. When seperate items (eg cereal and scrambled eggs were ordered, they were delivered at the same time: the scrambled eggs had to be returned to keep warm while consuming the cereal.
