Hidden gem, nice room, good shower, firnedly host, good breakfast.

Could not have asked for a better experience. All aspects of the accommodation were perfect. Clean room, comfortable bed, good shower with good water pressure. Exceptional breakfast - nice coffee machine and friendly host who made perhaps the best mushrooms on toast i have ever had. Thank you.

It was perfect, lovely welcome, friendly polite owner, great room, very clean and tidy, and breakfast was excellent. The location was quite, so slept well, I strongly recommend and would happily visit again.

Excellent stay in a peaceful rural setting

Lovely rural location with plenty of secure parking, including dedicated personal parking. A bean-to-cup coffee machine is available 24/7, offering coffee, hot chocolate, and other drinks. The bed was extremely comfortable, the accommodation was spotless, the shower was excellent, and the host was very welcoming. Breakfast was fantastic, made with high-quality ingredients and cooked to perfection. Highly recommended.

Lovley, friendly place to stay near Norwich.

What a lovley find...Warm welcome by Elena who explained where everything was and how it all worked along with some suggestions for places to visit and eat, Nice and comfy warm room with everything you'd expect/need, decent tv, good free wifi, plenty of hot water in the shower and access to a 24 hr bean to cup coffee machine too.Cleaned daily as well. Excellent freshly cooked, using local produce, breakfast too to get you set up ready for the day.. Wish we had longer to stay but this was a perfect place to stay in Norfolk and near Norwich and we'd highly recommend it to others.,

A really nice place to stay - we will definitely try and stay here again when up in Norfolk next.

A very friendly and welcoming host, which meant we felt at home and could relax immediately. The room was nice and cozy and very quiet and peaceful. The bed was very comfortable too and the breakfast was delicious and plentiful. There are two pubs within a 5-10 minute drive, so finding somewhere to eat in the evening is also straightforward.

Beautifully modern refurbished barn, in very quiet and peaceful location. Only three rooms, so unlikely to ever feel crowded or busy. Spotlessly clean, comfortable bedrooms, lovely breakfast area with 24/7 coffee machine, delicious cooked breakfast. Elena is a very kind and friendly host.

Nothing - it was perfect for us! It would probably not be the right choice though if you wanted easy walking-distance access to restaurants, pubs or town facilities etc as the location is quite remote.

My wife and I enjoyed the countryside location, the owners had converted the farm buildings into a very comfortable and unique dwelling. The B&Bs owner Elena was very friendly and hospitable along with being a natural host and produced an amazing breakfast! Delicious 😋 We will definitely book the Old Field Barn when we visit Norfolk again.

Lovely B and B

We had a lovely two night stay here. It's a gorgeous property set in beautiful Norfolk countryside. Elena is a fabulous and experienced host. She was chatty and very helpful with information about the local area and gave us a recommendation for dinner. The room was clean with a good bathroom, with good ventilation. It was a very hot weekend, but with the windows open and fan in the room it was quite comfortable. Breakfast was excellent with good quality produce. We felt well looked after by the host and very comfortable here. We'd definitely stay again if in the area.

Beautifully decorated in a rural setting with good food and a very friendly and relaxed atmosphere.

The location was in a very nice rural setting which was nice and peaceful. The breakfast was delicious and large in size. Very well presented and with tea and coffee machine on hand Di you could have as many cups as you’d like. Hot chocolate was delicious too!

The only thing we could say is that although the en-suite had everything that you needed, including fresh smelling towels, it would have been nice to have a place to put your toiletry bag there.
