The location is great! Views great! Very spacious room and terrace with the sun all afternoon. Loved to sit in the bird cage and it's a good place to be in the shade when it's hot and listen to the music from the restaurant.

Some parts of the rooms/furniture are a bit tired and mis matched but for a rental for a short stay it's still very good. Bed frame corners in the double room stick just waiting to catch your leg. Only having one set of keys isn't Great

It is a nice facility with two separate bedrooms and bathrooms. However, the shampoo/soap holder in the shower stall was missing. Wonderful location with a balcony overlooking a beautiful marina, Lots of stores, including grocery stores, not to mention a wide variety of restaurants.

Unlike previous experiences of renting facilities we were not met by anyone. Contact person communicated via WhatsApp texting and did no known Engish and used some translating service that was of little help. We had extreme difficulty in getting WiFi system working and she did not seem to understand our plight, sending us a picture of a router that was no longer in use. We were able to use the washing machine for washing but we thought that it might be a washer/dryer as we had experienced in other Costal del Sol rentals. When we texted the contact she did not response for the first week of our stay. It was our very pleasant Swedish neighbours who told us it was likely not a washer/dryer combo as others who rented our condo dried their clothes on the balcony. They then lent us their clothes drying rack. By the 8th day the rep finally delivered a clothes drying rack to be used on our balcony. ( Not performance! If we would have been met by a person , reasonably fluent in English, to explain things, it would have been a much better experience. The absence of a representative to meet us and explain things is the one negative aspect of our stay. Facility was great and location ideal. Address given was a bit vague and taxi driver had difficulty locating our condo.

Great position overlooking the Marina and sea. Apartment was spacious

The property was not as clean as it should have been, especially the bathrooms. There were what looked like pubic hair on the side of the bath and the floor of the main bathroom when we arrived. Both bathrooms needed updating.
