Luxury ground floor apartment in the marina

Location is fantastic. Apartment is stylish and well maintained.

Man hole cover outside made a loud banging noise every time somebody drove over it. No parking and local (cheap) parking was always full. Marina (expensive parking) is quite a walk away from apartment.

Fabulous location, everything you could need is in easy walking distance! Lovely outlook over the marina and the rooftop pool area is stunning! The apartment was spotless, comfortable beds and an easy check in/check out was arranged. It is a ground floor apartment, easy access with sizeable terrace. Not for anyone who prefers privacy, but we enjoyed passing the time of day with people going by or watching the locals tinkering with their boats in front of us. There are many delightful longer walks to choose from, or a cheap local bus service to other towns is a short, slightly uphill walk upto the main road.

A Bluetooth speaker or iPod dock would be useful, as there is no facility to play any music. If you would also like any TV other than basic Spanish channels, bring your own, eg a Firestick, neither is there a DVD player. Oh and I’m not sure that the permanently mounted shower gel/shampoo dispensers are of much use on the wall outside of the shower cubicle in the en suite second bedroom???
