Brisa Puerto Marina Apartments

The host Julia couldn't have been more helpful, always answered every query straight away. Fantastic location for the famous Marina. Won't think twice about going back.

Our stay wasn't long enough

Everything, great apartment in fab area

Not enough glasses or dinner plates for 4 people. Didn't realise before we arrived that there was nowhere to sunbath or a pool and in the heat would have been nice, even if we could have used a pool near.

Apartment in great location. Bars and restaurants close by. Living area bright and airy. Apartment well equipped. Lovely balcony.

Single beds needs replaced. More like camp beds. The noise of them was awful every time you moved. Only 1 bath towel and 1 hand towel per person. Wasnt ideal. If I had of known I would have brought more. There is a washing machine but no ideal having to wash towels everyday and get them dried

Location was good (just bear in mind there is initially a bit of a hill up to the general area of the apt from the marina). Easy to contact the host on booking.com messages and on WhatsApp (but would have been nice to meet also in person). Gave information on where to store our luggage at time of check out at nearby lockers if needed to continue our stay around the nearby time on our last day.

It would have been nice at least once during our stay to have met the host in person, even on the last day when handing over the keys (personal touch). The provided towels were minimal, small in size (barely go around you after a shower), quite old and stained. It would have been ideal to have been either provided during the stay with fresh towels or for extra to be there in the wardrobe. A blanket I think should be left in the wardrobe with some spare pillows, it did get cold in the apt one of the nights. An explanation as to how the AC works and shower would have been ideal as the shower was not easy to work (I almost gave up on it) and it soaked the bathroom floor despite using a bath mat provided as it was a wet room style and I think the shower seal might be worn now (needs to be replaced); also the main shower in the hall does not have a top shower head to wash hair comfortably when in the shower, this was only available in 1 of the showers. We were there for 4 nights and a visit was provided by I think the cleaner on the 3rd day (after the 2nd night) but I'm not sure what this visit involved other than dropping off a tea towel so we could dry the dishes as the beds were not changed/made, no fresh towels provided or even additional toilet paper. There was also a smell of sewage at the entrance to the apt at points during the stay and a strong smell outside the apt and apt downstairs entrance of a possible neighbor smoking cannabis around that area. There was also no hand soap provided to wash our hands in 1 of the bathrooms. The sheets in the bedrooms that we used to put over us as it did get cold with the AC on initially had stains on them too.
