Apartamento con terraza y piscina en Puerto Marina - MISTRAL

The apartment was lovely and in a great location

On arrival we picked up the fob to be able to park the car. However we could not use the lift from the car park to the apartment as you needed a key that was not provided. So it was a struggle to carry our suitcases up a few flights of stairs. We were also only given one set of keys for 3 people. There was not enough time to put the key back in the outside key safe before the door into the apartment block closed so you definitely need more than one key. After arguing this point we were told there was another set of keys outside the actual apartment. Also the apartment is advertised with a pool but it is closed half the year.

Superbe emplacement près de tout ! Le logement est très bien avec beaucoup d'espace.

Impossible d'obtenir toutes les clés pour le stationnement, la piscine et l'ascenseur.

El apartamento es amplio y confortable. Tiene una ubicación muy buena. Las instalaciones están muy bien.

El trato cuando surgieron problemas. Puedo entender que surjan cosas, pero de ninguna manera se le puede decir a un cliente y más llevando la razón que cancele su estancia estando ya allí. Al final se pudo reconducir la incidencia y tuvieron la deferencia de dejarnos salir más tarde.

Got code etc for Wi-Fi from owner but Wi-Fi did not work for us.
