Not as we hoped

Good location, close to the beach and Puerto marina.

Accommodation was not as we hoped. It is expensive and we were willing to pay for a good place and location. However there was alot wrong with this accommodation. They say they can host up to 6 persons. That is not correct. Yes there is a sleeping sofa, that is broken. Mold in the closet in one room and the kitchen is not equipped for 6 persons. The drawers in the bedroom were broken, painting on the balcony falling off and broken light on the balcony. And much more that was off with this place. Uncomfortable beds and pillows

Enjoyable week, just disappointing that we couldn't make more use of the pool area.

The whole process was easy, and the team kept me updated through the app/IVI Real Estate link. The office location was close to the apartment and clear instructions were provided before the visit on where and how to collect the keys. Location great and communication good.

Not having sunbeds around the pool, a waste of the area and sun terrace. There was slight issues with the upkeep of the apartment (paint flaking off the balcony, bathroom door no lock, and bathroom door sticking) but nothing you couldn't live with for a short stay. Just a little bit of cosmetic work required, but this would not stop me from booking again.

Nice big apartment, helpful staff and perfect location

You can tell that they are making improvements in the apartment, very nice bathroom and kitchen, but I feel the wardrobes in both bedrooms need looking at and maybe a side dresser with a mirror in the bedrooms, The sofa needs possibly changing as you can tell it's been well used and old, not really that comfy.

No breakfast not even a welcome gesture and we arrived late

Beds really uncomfortable terrible bed linen heavy dirty blankets No tea towels /no Wine glasses very little cooking pots etc very basic / toilet didn’t work shower basic tiles on floor very grim /Balcony needs painting and cleaning up no cushions for seats and pool ok but no chairs plus sitting area beside pool but no tables or chairs so pointless really very disappointing for the price and would not stay here again the place needs some love and attention to bring it to acceptable standards

Poor

4 adults - 1 older couple 1 couple middle aged Cleanliness and smell, much to be desired - I do not recommend with young children 1. Keys - you can check in in your place - the office and picking up the keys is in front of the apartment 2. Parking available on a private, closed property. 3. Security - a ripped zipper in the outer door, closes only to one key, which is works only thanks to good will ... 3. Kitchen - no kettle (it was purchased after the intervention, water taste like plastic), dirty, sticky dishes, pots, cutlery - toaster molded and microwaves sticky to dirt, dirty dishes in the cabinets !!! all we had to wash (zero liquid dish, trash bags 2 items). After the intervention, a cleaning lady cleaned only a microwave and wiped the toaster - because I sent only this pictures - the rest did not touch!!!! 4. Living room with dining room - gray from dirt, smelly curtains, apartment for 4 people and only 2 chairs ... in the closet with dishes inserted dirty glasses, glasses, plates, no small table, general unpleasant smell 5. Bedrooms - smelly bed sheets and towels - I'm afraid to think if someone was washing them ... mushroom in the corners, beds with protruding springs in a sprawling state 6. Bathroom - a mushroom on a tub and under a bathtub, a fungus on the floors and a fungus in general - no works shower - you had to hold the handset, which was quickly bought at the bazaar because it was "pink". The only plus to the warm water, which was not lacking 7. Terrace - 1 deckchair on which I almost lost my teeth, because as it turned out it sticks only thanks to the tape With positive information - very good location, closed parking and garden with swimming pools
