The whole process was easy, and the team kept me updated through the app/IVI Real Estate link. The office location was close to the apartment and clear instructions were provided before the visit on where and how to collect the keys. Location great and communication good.
Not having sunbeds around the pool, a waste of the area and sun terrace. There was slight issues with the upkeep of the apartment (paint flaking off the balcony, bathroom door no lock, and bathroom door sticking) but nothing you couldn't live with for a short stay. Just a little bit of cosmetic work required, but this would not stop me from booking again.

Nice big apartment, helpful staff and perfect location
You can tell that they are making improvements in the apartment, very nice bathroom and kitchen, but I feel the wardrobes in both bedrooms need looking at and maybe a side dresser with a mirror in the bedrooms,
The sofa needs possibly changing as you can tell it's been well used and old, not really that comfy.

No breakfast not even a welcome gesture and we arrived late
Beds really uncomfortable terrible bed linen heavy dirty blankets No tea towels /no Wine glasses very little cooking pots etc very basic / toilet didn’t work shower basic tiles on floor very grim /Balcony needs painting and cleaning up no cushions for seats and pool ok but no chairs plus sitting area beside pool but no tables or chairs so pointless really very disappointing for the price and would not stay here again the place needs some love and attention to bring it to acceptable standards
