Perfect location and superb views. Access to a lift to get down to the beach is a great bonus. The flat has everything that you could need including Netflix. The balcony has sunshine for most of the day. Perfect
There was some pool works happening which we would expect some maintenance out of season but it would have been nice to have been pre warned

Location, view over sea and mountain, modern looks, fairly new appliances, well stocked kitchen tools. Use of residents lift to beach. Large pool and garden. But see below.
Long walk from lift, residual internal heat needed the a/c to disperse. Pool unheated and at about 16 degrees C. Only open 12-1700 hours. And closing 15 October. Unfamiliar Candy appliances required YouTube to operate, especially the induction hob.
