This is a really well equipped apartment with everything you need. It’s in an excellent location about 5 minutes walk from the train station and 10 minutes walk from the beach. Victor is a great host, who is really helpful and responsive. Check in and out we’re really easy

Enjoyed our stay in Victors house he was a great host!

Lovely large house, beach shops and restaurants down hill and train station just along the road. We are 4 friends and loved the space the house gave us over staying in a hotel. So easy to jump on train and drop 1 stop to the Old Town Torremolinos.

Lovely house , would definitely return and would highly recommend.

Lovely outside space with 2 seating area's. The house was clean and tidy. Central location few minutes from the train station and supermarket and a short walk down to the beach. Victor and his lovely dad Victor were very helpful, anything we needed they helped with, they could not have done more.

Some of the electric sockets were loose on the wall's (still worked) but that might more of a British thing ! And would have liked a mirror in bedrooms (only 1 bedroom had mirrors) although lovely mirrors in the bathrooms.

Paradise in Paradise . . .

This is a "quirky" property and it is charming, interesting and has everything you need to relax and enjoy the offerings of La Colina, Torremolinos and the Costa del Sol. The train station and bus stops are 5 minutes from the house while the beach is less than 10 minutes away. This property has it all, a paradise in paradise . . .

Amazing stay! Will definitely come back!

Even with the above things, they did not affect our stay. Everything was great. Communication from the host was fab, they allowed us to drop our bags off which was lovely & we have also been allowed to leave our bags at the house & go back later to pick them up!

Some of the plug sockets were loose & didn't work properly. Also the washing machine was broke.

Fantastisch

De locatie is schitterend. Vlakbij het treinstation dus ook het stadscentrum van Torremolinos (1 halte met de trein) en Malaga zijn vlot bereikbaar. Ook het strand ligt aan je voeten. (700 meter wandelen) Heb je geen zin in uitgaan dan kan je altijd kuieren op 1 van de terrassen die bij het huis horen. Als kers op de taart kan je in het seizoen ook genieten van een stuk vers geplukt fruit van 1 van de huisbomen.

Muy recomendable

La casa es perfecta para pasar unos días en Torremolinos. Fuimos 8 chicas y estuvimos muy a gusto. Tiene un porche en la entrada y otro en el lateral de la casa. El del lateral eran tipo sofás con cojines muy cómodos, ideal para estar de charloteo :) En la planta de abajo tiene un aseo, cocina y salón grande. En la de arriba dos baños con ducha y 4 habitaciones de dos camas cada una. Todo muy cuidado y limpio. Los baños de arriba se ve que han sido reformados no hace mucho tiempo. En cuanto a la ubicación está andando de la playa y de los chiringuitos del paseo a 10 minutos y 5 de la estación de cercanías. Hasta el centro de Torremolinos son unos 30 minutos pero por el paseo de la playa se hace muy ameno. Si volviéramos a Torremolinos repetiríamos sin duda.

Todo estuvo muy bien. Lo único que echamos de menos fue champú y gel que suelen dejar en otros alojamientos en los que hemos estado pero por lo demás, ninguna queja, todo genial!

Estaba todo muy limpio, Víctor, el anfitrión muy amable y atento en todo! Muy cerca de la playa llena de chiringuitos geniales para comer. Se puede llegar a la feria de Málaga en transporte público fácilmente. Genial todos los sentidos.

Sitio perfecto para ir con amigos/familia a disfrutar de Torremolinos

Acabamos de pasar unas vacaciones maravillosas en esta casa y no podríamos estar más contentas. La ubicación es inmejorable: a pocos minutos andando de la playa, con varios supermercados cerca, en una zona tranquila. La casa estaba limpia y bien equipada. Mención especial para los dueños, que fueron muy amables. Sin duda, repetiríamos. ¡Altamente recomendable!

Gran estancia con amigos en una casa con todas las comodidades.

Todo el conjunto. Víctor es un gran anfitrión; flexible, atento, y, además, nos recibió el día de la llegada. No sólo eso, sino que estuvo atento durante el fin de semana por si necesitábamos algo en nuestra estancia.

Nada en particular; en general, y no por la casa , el check out podría ser un poco más tarde. No obstante, es algo habitual en otros alojamientos y es entendible. Crítica general y no particular :)

La casa necesita una mejora en todos los sentidos. Está muy anticuada. Lo único que se salva son los baños superiores.

Spaans huis ideale ligging voor openbaar vervoer

Leuk Spaans huis, gezellige indeling, mooi terras er omheen. Ontmoeten van de eigenaar is eenvoudig want die woont er naast en beneden. Als je geen regelmatige strandganger bent is dit een perfecte locatie voor uitstapjes met trein (5 minuten lopen) of bus. Huis en zeker de 2 badkamers waren schoon. Bedden zijn hard, maar slapen prima. Het 3e toilet beneden is handig. Iedere ruimte heeft ac, wat fijn is, ook om te verwarmen. Voor restaurants en supermarkt is een auto aan te bevelen. Drukke straat niet makkelijk te parkeren, in overleg met eigenaar kan dit meestal wel voor de deur. Huis is meer geschikt voor 4 tot max 6 volwassenen.

Het huis heeft 8 bedden (4 slaapkamers) maar is qua ruimte voor bagage dan echt te klein. Weinig tot geen kastruimte, met name legplanken/lades worden gemist. Er is een boiler, let op met douchen anders koud water. Onderhoud en inventaris laat te wensen over: keukenkastjes en keukengrepen zijn kapot, er ontbreekt een goede pannenset, keukentafel waar blad los van is, lampen die het niet doen, terrasstoelen die doorgeroest en gebroken zijn, kastdeuren in slaapkamer die niet goed open en dicht gaan. Met relatief kleine investering zou het veel beter kunnen zijn.

Tolles Haus für Gruppen und große Familien

Die Lage mit Nähe zum Strand und Bahnhof ist echt gut. Tolles Haus mit vielen schönen Ecken und Zimmern. Es gab Gewürze zum Kochen. Die Spülmaschine war für uns als Gruppe praktisch, die Waschmaschine haben wir für unseren kurzen Aufenthalt nicht gebraucht. Es gab ein Handtuch und Badetuch. Auch der Aussenbereich ist wunderschön.

Leider wenig Geschirrtücher (haben erst am Ende eins gefunden) und Spülmaschinentabs muss man auch besorgen. Eine Liege in der Sonne wäre zum i Tüpfelchen geworden.

Casa y propietarios inmejorables

El trato de Víctor padre e hijo y tía Maite fue excelente!!! La casa es preciosa, muy acogedora y con todos los servicios. A 5 min andando de la playa y de la estación de tren. Tuvieron un detalle de dejarnos un desayuno de bienvenida. Volveremos a repetir seguro.
