Super clean and cozy. Chose this place rather than high buildings and it was much better than our precious 4-star Hotel!! Will come again when visiting the area for sure!

A lovely relaxing holiday.

The location is very good for accessing all our favourite places in La Carihuela. It’s also very handy to get buses to wherever you want to go.

We asked about the gym but were not really all that encouraged by the response. It was closed for our entire stay and we didn’t see anyone using it.

Great value budget apartment in a good location with helpful staff.

Great location, really helpful and pleasant reception staff, huge apartment on the top floor (no lift but fine for us). Everything you need for self catering, great air con. Very quiet inside, no noise from guests. Overall good value for money (albeit quite basic) and would definitely return.

Downsides are sloping ceilings on top floor apartments (be careful not to bump your head!), parking was a bonus but not for the feint hearted due to tight spaces and access down a very steep slope. Building work opposite during the day which starts just before 8 am (so not for those who like to sleep late).

Excellent apartment, great location

Maricarmen was extremely nice and worried. The apartment has everything, the kitchen well equipped. The private parking lot amazing. The location is perfect, 6 mins walking to the beach, a supermarket at 1 block and lots of restaurants 1-3 blocks. There is a gas station next to the apartment. Ac in bedroom and in living room.

Leisure with group of friends

The location was good enough and the staff excellent. Having private parking was the best part for us, which, along with the price convinced us to book with them. The apartment was also very clean with all basic necessities covered. All in all, we will probably book again with them

Good one night stay for good price

We only needed a one night stay after an evening flight to Malaga. Our apartment was clean with basic amenities, in a quiet street with underground parking. The beach and promenade are within walking distance. Reasonably priced. Our needs were met.

Very nice apartment, clean and tidy, also well equipped. Fantastic customer service, the staff was very friendly and helpful. The location is very good, close to the beach, shops and train station.

A short drive to the airport

The location is relatively close to the airport by car. There are a number of restaurants and eating places as well as a supermarket nearby. The underground parking is really useful and secure. The apartments are securely behind a tall fence. The kitchen facilities are adequate.

We had some trouble finding the property (without a GPS), but the instruction "This property is located opposite the Repsol Petrol Station." helped us somewhat. I'd probably say that the property is on the street next to the Repsol petrol station, as opposed to opposite. We arrived at the property about half an hour before we had planned to arrive (7 p.m.), but there was no obvious way to contact reception, the doorbell didn't appear to work. We had to wait the half hour before the receptionist somehow (possibly accidentally) noticed that we were there. We were only there for an overnight stay before an early start (4 a.m.) for the airport, and unfortunately, we didn't sleep very well at all. There appeared to be something that sounded like a jackhammer (but was probably a water or heating pump) running much of the time while we attempted to sleep. Because we were only there for one very short night, we did not have the opportunity to contact reception to attempt to resolve the matter.
