Excellent communication throughout made for an easy check in. Great location near the beach and close to restaurants, shops and amenities, close, easy access to town centre. The apartment was well presented, very secure, light and airy, with all the facilities we could need. Very comfy bed The sofa is also a sofa bed so would be family friendly with a travel cot too. Thankyou for a great stay!

The flat looks to have suffered some damp/water ingress which caused a damp, musty smell on arrival, but there had been an unprecedented amount of rain and storms recently so nothing the owners could have done, and once the shutters and windows were opened the dampness improved. Host had also provided a dehumidifier, heater and fan.

The location is superb, being set in a walled garden adjacent to well cared for tower blocks. It is and close to a small supermarket, a friendly bar, a host of tourist shops and restaurant and easy access to the beach promenade. The apartment was well fitted out (very new), the kitchen had most of what was needed, and there was a comfortable double bed.

The taxi shuttle didn't work out quite as described. Yes, we found it, but had to wait for it, and the pick-up point was not as described by Booking.com. Plus the taxi driver wasn't quite sure where the apartment was exactly. Despite positive WhatsApp communication from the owner, we never met him. There were no spare toilet rolls and the solution offered was a link to a local supermarket! The coffee machine was a "pod" type only and no other option (e.g. cafetiere). and none were supplied as a starter. And not even a few tea bags, milk packs or biscuits as a "welcome pack". These little things make a difference to guests - a few euros spent by the owner giving that little bit extra to guests - would easily gain a 5 star rating. And this apartment wasn't cheap.
