The location, lovely spacious apartment for the 3 of us & the large balcony
The shower head was broken & every time we showered we had to mop up the bathroom floor. That was 3 times a day!!

The apartment was light and airy with ample room for 3 people. The terrace was great with a beautiful sea view. We could watch the sunrise every morning. It was just a short stroll down to Carihuela beach and there was a supermarket just down the street, not the one on the corner though, which was overpriced and badly stocked apart from alcohol. A slightly longer walk into the centre of Torremolinos but very doable. The air conditioning was very welcome on the really hot days. For the price, We were pleasantly surprised by this apartment.
The gate into the complex was very difficult to open. It took several tries and on one occasion we really thought we were locked out until someone buzzed us in. We like to cook at home and having only one cooking pot made it rather difficult. I would recommend at least two, if not three. The proximity to the main road was a bit noisy but the size of the terrace made up for this. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay.
