David était très sympa et a l’écoute, son accueil était très chaleureux. L’appartement est à 3 min à pieds de la plage et des rues marchandes, sans pour autant que ça soit brouillon, la ruelle est très calme.
La cuisine est un peu étroite

Sehr nah zum Strand
Super laut überall Baustellen in der Nachbarschaft Das Apartment ist in keinem guten Zustand. Viel kaputt... Bett hygienisch nicht akzeptabel. Inhaber hat Bettwäsche und Handtuchwechsel pro Woche angekündigt... nicht passiert Beispiel Bad: Toilette ist nicht am Boden befestigt Kein Lüfter im Bad, Dusche verschimmelt, Handtuchhalter lose, Waschbecken Lose...etc... Beispiel Küche: Es gibt zwei Boards für Küchenequipment mit je 5 Haken. Es hängt ein einziger Kochlöffel an diesem Board.. 9 Haken frei.. Klima kennt nur an oder aus. Türrahmen vom Schlafzimmer durch Kondenswasser der Klima komplett vergammelt... Beleuchtung wie im Bahnhof.
