Slightly dated and small. But good enough for a couple and it is comfortable.

Location Friendly staff who kept in contact during our stay.
Smell from cupboard which was musty due to a previously wet mop being stored in there. Sofa bed was uncomfortable , like sleeping on a bicycle.
