    Great LOCATION. Would love to stay again
    Location is perfect. 200 meters to beach area, turn right for Benalmadena, turn left for Torremolinos. Two balconies with good views of street area and out to sea. Suitable for morning, afternoon and evening sun with patio table and chairs. Air condition units in both bedrooms and living area. Kitchen is well equipped (kettle, hob, oven, fridge-freezer and microwave). Apartment and building is secure. There are several cafes, bars and shops outside the apartment block. Host/agency is close by and very responsive to queries. Would I stay again? Yes
    We travelled in Mid October (end of the season) and the apartment looked as if it could do with some refreshment (some repairs and paint), which I'm sure will be attended to in the off season. I like a hard bed and the beds were a bit too soft for me, but that is a personal preference. Chairs for dining area should be replaced. But overall the apartment and location is very good.

    Brilliant location.
    Lovely little 2 bedroom apt, only stayed the one night as we extend our stay. Brilliant location, great to walk with the kids to the harbour great food and an all round lovely evening. Great having a swimming pool although busy in the afternoon. Hosts very informative, and checking all was ok and nothing else was need.
    Not anyone’s problem but I don’t think I’d have booked knowing it was the 6th floor. Very high up and spent the evening worrying the children would go on the balcony.

    Great location but could use some improvement.
    Location of the apartment was great and close to beaches and shops.
    On arrival I noticed some small pieces of sweet wrappers on the floor in the bedroom and kitchen, there were hairs in the bed and on the floor. The pool was dirty so we couldn’t use it and mattresses were quite uncomfortable.

    Overall a great stay
    Great location with fantastic see, town and mountain views. All services within walking distance. The apartment was clean and well enough equipped. The check in was the easiest ever and very friendly staff.
    The pool was not heated as mentioned and no water circulation; did not look compelling. But no worries, the beach was only a block away. A dishwasher even a small one would have been great; very difficult to do the dishes and unfortunately it was my 'kitchen' week :(

    Extremely dirty, missing basic accessories
    Perfect location close to the beach and chrinquitos. Food stores just next door. Two balconies with both morning and evening sun and sea views.
    Very, very dirty apartment. Dust and crumbs everywhere. Smell on dampness all over the place. Between bedsheets was hair and some kind of dead insects. When complained about that new sheets were given, BUT there was also dead insect. Also missing some basic accessories like wine glasses, corkscrew, peeler etc. Before booking the apartment I was confirmed that swimming pool is open. When arriving it turned out to be open but water filter was not working so water in the pool was dirty. Worst place to stay!!!

    Lovely place to stay
    Exceptional, spacious, pet-friendly apartment. Restaurants, bars, shops and supermarkets nearby. Beach 5-minute (max) walk away. On-road parking easy. Very pleased with stay!
    There was a slight smell of cigarettes in the lounge but not overwhelming. Blast of fresh air through the apartment helped.
