Overall, we had a pleasant stay and would recommend it for those who want to be in the city center.

The apartment is located right in the center of Torremolinos, making it very easy to reach everything. The train station is just a few minutes’ walk away, which makes it convenient to visit other coastal towns as well. During this season, the apartment was quite cool, so having air conditioning was a big advantage. The kitchen was very well-equipped, the apartment was clean, and we really liked the large glass windows — in the mornings you can see the sun and step out onto the balcony.

Everything was good overall, but it’s worth mentioning that city noise is quite noticeable, as well as sounds from the stairwell. However, this did not bother us and our stay was comfortable.

The massive window in the living room that you are over looked by people sat on balconies which go into their bedrooms so if your very lucky you may see naked people just horrible the bedroom has a small window overlooked. None of this shown on website we left after 1 night and lost 7 days money . You can hear noise from the street below room dark horrible room

A great location just such a pity what we found on Sunday morning as it was quite disgusting.

Very good location and lovely balcony.Surprisingly no noise at night time .Great Aldi to have the air conditioning.Lovely big fridge.

Moving around the bed was quite tricky as it’s a very tight space,we both banged our knees many times trying to get out.Also quite uncomfortable.As our usual practise to strip beds we found on moving the sheet off the bed the mattress protector was heavily stained,a lot of pubic hair and debris and dust.This needs to be changed immediately as it’s very unhygienic,had we seen this at the start of the week we would have asked for it to be changed.White bed linen and white towels are far more appropriate for accommodation.

Lots of noise from outside! Especially in the middle of the night! People walking up the street, apartments opposite the loud buzzer when they opened the main entrance door then door slamming! Also people slamming the night gate shut at all hours! And room let in lots of light from around the curtains even though they were closed! And didn’t have a balcony like I expected or was shown in the pictures!

Nice appartment in a perfect location

Location is excellent, the appartment is clean, spacy and comfortable.

The doors are easily to lock if you leave one key in the door from inside. So be careful with that. Otherwise, you will have problems with the access to the appartment.

Cosy and comfortable apartment but above a very busy street

The place was amazing. Our hosts were very responsive and helped us check in 2 hours earlier than the check-in time. The hosts were very friendly and accommodating. We appreciated this a lot. The apartment is very modern and has a lovely bed and shower. It is very comfortable with plenty of just enough space for 2 people. There is a smart TV in the room and very handy to have your own washing machine and a drying rack to dry clothes. You can dry the clothes inside as it is very warm inside.

The location is quite loud. It is right above an extremely busy street and there was honestly constant noise. Having the windows open or closed did not make much of a difference. It is great on the other hand because you do not have to walk too far to go to a shop or restaurant. I wouldn't recommend using the big air conditioning unit as it heated up a lot and made the room hotter in doing so, just plug in the small one and use that and the temperature is perfect.

Highly recommended for those visiting Torremolinos with intentions to see Malaga and nearby towns

The location next to the train station was convenient. Clean,spacious rooms with facilities of iron and hairdryer. The apartment is right in the center of the main walking street with the balcony facing the busy street which we were not disturbed by the noise as it had sound proof balcony door. Alex was very punctual on giving us the keys and attending to all our questions and needs. Thank you

Location excellent. Very central. Deck looked over busy walkway and enjoyed street entertainment regularly. Window / door provided fine noise insulation.

A dish drain for letting washed dishes dry would have been nice. Lots of stairs for the top apartment, no elevator.

Bring your ear plugs

Alex is a nice host, he took his time to show everything, including the mokka coffee pot. The apartment is cozy, even has an iron and a washing machine. Very central, tons of places to eat nearby.

It is indeed the very central street, so bring in your ear plugs since you will hear all the party people around like they were right next to your bed

Excellent location. Apartment is well equipped but no cleaning products. Great little terrace for outside space that even comes with a washing machine and drying rack; useful with airlines limiting luggage.

Small. Booked for 3 people but glad we were only 2. Would not recommend for more than 2 people, definitely not 4. Bedding provided for sleeper sofa were not adequate. Bedroom is not private and bed was not comfortable especially not for long stays.

Loved my stay, loved the apartment, a home away from home.

What a property in the best location you can have, 3 minutes to the train Station, 5 minutes to the beach, 3 minutes to the bars and only minutes away from shopping. The apartment was so clean, the kitchen had absolutely everything you need, the bed was so comfortable and the sofa that turns into a bed was large to sleep 2 people and was comfortable. The bathroom was large, modern and clean and the balcony was large enough to watch the world go by with a glass of wine. Very quiet at night even with the surrounding bars and restaurants. Very close to the gay area with minutes seats.

There’s is nothing to dislike about the apartment, location or facilities available in this apartment.

great location and price, requires some deep cleaning

the location was fantastic as it is right in the centre. it also had lots of facilities such as washing up liquid and crockery etc.

the property smelt really badly of smoke, the owner just added a reed diffuser but this did not reduce the smell of smoke so this was very unpleasant and we were not offered any type of compensation for this. additionally there were building works going on right next door so there was loud hammering and noise at times. noise from the street was also a bit of a problem.

Superb value for money and convenient!

The location was perfect, so central. We stayed in the penthouse and it was ideal to for relaxing with views in the evening. The air con was delightful, the staff who greeted us was very friendly and we got the deposit back promptly.

The lack of a lift meant climbing three floors to the penthouse but it honestly wasn’t a problem.

The person who handled the keys was very nice. Also they allowed me to store the luggages after check out. Perfect location for the beach, shopping and going out also. I will definitelly come back.

Great Location and Comfortable Room, but Room for Improvement

The location of the hotel was fantastic, with easy access to restaurants and train station. The room itself was also quite comfortable. It was well-maintained, and offered a pleasant ambiance.

I was surprised to find out upon booking that there was an additional charge of 25 EURO for arrivals after 8pm. The reason explained by the host was that they have that to stop people check-in in late hours. In my opinion 8pm is not so late. Another issue I encountered was the lack of Wi-Fi despite daily requests for a fix. Disappointing that my requests to address this issue went unaddressed throughout my stay. Improved communication and a proactive approach to resolving technical issues would greatly enhance the overall guest experience. No shower gel, shampoo and a hand wash left in the bathroom/toilet. Just one hand wash left in the kitchen.

Location of the apartment is excellent - about 2mins walk to train station, 5mins to grocery store (Carrefour express) and 7-10mins to the beach. Apartment is very spacious, modern and fully equipped with everything that can be needed (it has AC, kitchen utensils, linen etc.).

Location is central

It was not as shown on picture. The sink was clogged and even when we complained it didn't get cleaned up. There were missing lightbulb in the bedroom and we told them but it never got fixed. We had missing bed sheets and complained and it didn't arrive until 2 days after check in. Will not recommend this apartment.

very centrally located but with good sound isolation so we didn't hear any noise from the street. very modern design, nice and helpful hosts, and replied quickly to our questions. had hand soap, things for cleaning the house and washing the dishes, towels, toilet paper.

Immediately on the day of check-in, we were charged an additional amount, because we arrived late in the evening (we indicated this time when booking), we were also charged a deposit of 200 €, which It is not known when they will return it. Communication with representatives of the apartments is very difficult. On the day of departure, I wrote to the person who should accept the apartment, I did not receive an answer when I got through, after a long time, it turned out that no one was there and they had to wait, we were almost late on the plane while they were deciding how to hand over the keys. Everything was very unorganized and unprofessional. For the first time, such an unpleasant aftertaste from renting an apartment.

Nice apartment, but not for homeworking

Staff was very accessible and friendly. The accommodation has a big terrace. Internet connection was fast, and the apartment is located in a great location near the train station. The interior is freshly renovated.

It's not a suitable apartment for homeworking: there is no proper table or desk, only a small surface under the tv. It's a bit of a back breaker to work a full day from there, as it's very low. The apartment had a strong smell of paint, as there were recent renovations. My apartment had to stay unlocked for most of my stay, because of a jammed lock that did not get fixed. There is a water heater in the bathroom which, I think, also serves other units in the building. It woke me up on a couple occassions, as the bedroom is nearby. The stay requires a € 200 cash deposit, which is rather uncommon for an accommodation on booking.com these days.
