Unclean and heavily used apartment with an unusable 3rd bedroom as beds are broken.

The 3rd bedroom, we could not use the single beds as they were both broken and mattresses sank when lay on. Unclean and heavily used apartment with a grubby kitchen and many things ready to fall apart.

Had a lovely time , would go back no problem if sunbeds were available next time

Very well laid out , plenty of space and storage. Plenty of towels , very comfy beds, cleaning products , shower gel , shampoo etc. there so that was really good to not have to go out an buy them all. Supermarke just a few minutes away. Host was very responsive to our queries.

The pool area did not have sunbeds and there weren't any fold up ones in the apartment so we didn't get to enjoy the pool each day , we went to the beach instead (20 minute walk).

Best apartment

This is one of the best apartments we've ever stayed. It is very clean, fully equipped with quality furniture, top quality beds, very big 4K Smart TV, nice balcony, washing machine, dishwasher, and the apartment complex is high quality with nice neighbours. Easy check in process, parking space right near the elevator. For sure will come back during the summer to also enjoy the pool.

You really can't find anything negative on this one.

Great apartment and facilities

Apartment was clean, very comfortable and had all the facilities we needed to enjoy our break. The air con and massive tv were made use of to cool down after being out in the sun! The communal pool was a good size and had plenty of space to relax on the grass. Carrefour at the end of the street is very handy and the centre has a BK, cafes and shops too.

Très agréable. Cela a répondu à nos besoins et plus.

Bel appartement: grand, confortable,bien éclairé et bien situé. De plus il y a un stationnement intérieur. Mme Arti et son fils ont été très aimables et très disponibles pour répondre à toutes nos questions et à nos besoins. Ce fut pour nous un grand plaisir de faire affaire avec eux.

Par un concours de circonstance hors du contrôle de la propriétaire, il y avait quelques petits problèmes d’équipement et de propreté à notre arrivée. Rapidement Mme Arti a pris les moyens pour que tout soit parfaitement en ordre et ce rapidement.

Tranquilo y cuidado.

El piso está bastante bien, la ubicación es tranquila, eso significa que hay bastante aparcamiento por la zona, incluso hay un centro comercial a dos minutos, pero está lejos de la playa y de la zona más turística para ir andando. Todo estaba muy limpio y en buen estado. Volvería a repetir sin problema.

Es un edificio residencial, los vecinos de justo al lado, unas personas mayores, empezaron a quejarse nada más llegamos porque decían hacíamos mucho ruido. Falso, simplemente llegamos hablando seis personas a un sitio nuevo, con nuestras maletas y demás, y a las 5 de la tarde. Hay que tener cuidado en la cocina, porque como dejes comida en la encimera al momento aparecen hormigas

Tranquilidad, vistas increíbles y todo cerca

Este apartamento nos ofreció una experiencia de relax total. La vista desde el balcón es simplemente espectacular, con el mar y las montañas como fondo. El aire es limpio, el entorno muy tranquilo y a tan solo 20 minutos caminando del centro de Torremolinos. Además, tener un centro comercial y supermercados a pocos pasos fue muy práctico. Es el lugar perfecto para desconectar en familia. ¡Muy recomendable

Prima verblijf

Prijs-kwaliteit is in goede verhouding. Het is wat goedkoper, dus kun je dit ook wel verwachten. Het is inmiddels wat verouderd, dat merk je hier en daar wel (verschillende kleine klus/opknapwerkzaamheden). Overigens niets wat ons verblijf in de weg gestaan heeft. Een prima verblijf, een prima voldoende.

Heel fijn, ruim leuk appartement

Het was gewoon een mooi ruim appartement. alles was aanwezig. Voldoende handdoeken en beddengoed. Leuk en fris ingericht.

Het logeerbed was niet helemaal in orde. de lattenbodem was niet sterk. Wellicht een tip om daar een mooi (zwart) stapelbed neer te zetten. De voordeur sluiten vanaf de buitenkant maakt veel geluid. (De buurvrouw vroeg of we de deur zachter dicht konden maken)

Een absolute aanrader.

Het was gewoon een heerlijk appartement in een uitstekend complex. Goed uitzicht vanaf het balkon. Fijn dat er een plek in de parkeergarage was. Kortom echt een aanrader.

De douche hing los omdat het haakje niet vastzat. Zelf provisorisch verholpen. Vanwege de 2e badkamer nauwelijks een probleem.

L’accueil et l’espace et la terrasse tout était impeccable

Un petit nettoyage du micro onde n’aurait pas été de refus mais tout le reste était vraiment propre
