Het bed en kussens waren zeer matig

Me encantó igual que en la foto todo muy limpio, la ubicación es perfecta y el trato por la gerente una maravilla volveremos a repetir

Modern interior design, comfortable bed. Great kitchen! Great storage. Homely and spacious.

Shower. Balcony table. Smell of dog on sofa and blanket. Was not too clean on floors and surfaces. Only 2 toilet rolls. Could not find rubbish container until the end we were told. No extra bin liners.

It is located in a nice area which we visit regularly so we knew what to expect, the apartment is spacious & nearly everything you would expect on your visit

I contacted the support team via WhatsApp and got a reply on two messages but not the third, I Inquired if there were any portable chairs to use by the pool & i was informed there wasn't & I could bring my own which I thought was a strange comment.after we'd already arrived & I don't think they'd fit in my case, so the pool didn't get used. Secondly I contacted them because the shower head wouldn't stay in the holder & kept falling off which they did send a handyman who silicone the back plate which wasn't the issue, I contacted them again & sent a video showing what was the issue & it hadn't been fixed but there was but no response this time & so week of holding the shower head to get showered. Other issues which I didn't report because I didn't feel I'd get a reply. The transit bolts in the washing machine are still in even after someone else reported it & the washer bounces about & makes a loud noise which I'm surprised the residents haven't complained about.. Lastly the pop up waste in the bathroom doesn't work & you have to manually push it up from underneath the sink, again I didn't report it, what was the point..
