Nice property, superb swimming pool, plenty of parking spots, Lidl within 3 mins walking, bad fridge

The property consists of a huge building full of apartments. There are many permanent residents over there. The building was spotless cleaned, those 4 elevators were just perfect and all around were exotic trees making this property a perfect stay. At the entrance into this property is a Lidl, the beach is about 1 km away, but this is the worst part of Carihuela Beach as is full of rocks and mostly dirty. To reach the best beach you have to walk along seaside another 1 km, where the real Carihuela Beach is. Benalmadena port is also very close. The water was cold in july. The best part of this property is that amazing swimming pool, with toilets and sunbeds all around. Everything is surrounded by exotic trees making this place a little paradise. The access to swimming pool is only permited to residents who have a chip attached to their keys. There is a huge private parking at the location. Air conditioning was perfect in both rooms and we took advantage of those two balconies in the evening or early in the morning.

The apartment was a bit outdated in terms of furniture and appliances. No coffee machine or toaster over there and not even a kettle. The small fridge was the worst as barelly kept our food and drinks little cold. No way for cold drinks in that fridge. To have one you have to use the small freezer.

Cheeky week away!

The apartment is perfectly placed in the resort and only 5 mins to the beach/bars. It was very clean and tidy when we arrived. The pool area wasn't open in March, but it did look lovely. I would definitely stay again. Manuel was very helpful when we had a slight problem with door to the apartment.

I don't want clients like you!

Location large pool

HeToDownA3 days before we left we woke to drilling and hydronic noise. Neighbour was knocking down wall in appartment and putting in new bathroom. We recorded it. Contacted owner to ask how this wud last he said he didn't know. The same daythe air con stopped working. It was a pay as you go. You put coins into a box. A message on box three letters which was either call or coll. No manual was left. We could manage for one hour there without it. Temp 37 degrees. We contacted owner, at 4pm He replied at 8pm with OK. Then hour later "let me think of something I am not in Spain" and an emoji 🙃! I am woman in my 50s not able to survive a night without it. We suggested did it mean collect did he have a key or cud my husband try to open it. He replied with how date we suggest such a thing. He wud send a key which might get there in 2 or 3 days. We had no way to access post box. Our of desperation we begged him for 2 fans. He brought us 2 industrial noise fans and all they did was move hot air around the appartment. We heard nothing more from him we left keys in key box having been given no instructions as to where to leave them and we left at 6am. He then contacted us asking where had we left the keys and saying his partner wud collect them. He was not happy. I told him we had 3 miserable days and nights of noise and heat and asked for compensation. He replied with " U r gone now and I don't want clients like u anyway!!! What did he mean Irish teacher and It professional. Covid has made you think u can treat people this way once we have paid. We never complained about damp smell, water running from neighbours balcony into ours due to air con pipe, hard couch, no instructions or key to bin area. Only 40beds at pool for 250 appartments. We can over luck this but rude comments and construction and no air con absolutely not.

Very good

The Apartment had 2 balconies a nice HD tv and High speed internet. The air con was good at €1 3 hours if needed. Good solid Apartment front door I was a little worried who is around you being on my own.. A Lidl right next to the entrance very handy because i like Lidl and very cheap some stuff. Was quiet for Sleeping, .its only 2nd floor so walkable to Ground if you want.

Nice and spacious but rather basic apartment

Nice apartment in a building originally built as a hotel. Two balconies in both bedroom and living room, made for a nice breakfast with a distant sea view. Sufficient appliances in the flat. Wifi was working well.

It's quite a short but steep uphill walk from the main road. A few appliances were dirty inside (ie. shaker), it was missing bin bags, no recycling bins (or info). Not a lot of storage space (the wardrobe had quite a few household items inside, ironing board, etc). As a note for future guests, because it wasn't mentioned earlier - aircon is timed and I think it was 1 euro per 3 hours (which you can pause though).

Desde que llegamos estaban saliendo cucarachas pequeñas de los gabinetes de la cocina y hasta del refrigerador, la alcachofa de la ducha no tenía de donde colgarla y el apartamento olía a guardado. Tuvimos que abandonarlo en cuanto pudimos.

Super séjour au top top .

L appartement de monsieur Manuel est tres bien situé, dans une belle résidence au calme ( voisinage super aimable) à proximité de tout ( plage , magasins ) . Monsieur Manuel est tres à l écoute, il réponds rapidement à nos questions et se montre disponible. Un grand merci au plaisir d y re-sejourner.

. ustensiles de cuisine (casseroles et poêles) sont à renouveler car très usées. .le four n est toujours pas en fonction alors qu'il est noté dans les équipements.
