Close to airport

Good location close to the airport. There was a shared kitchen which was handy for making tea and some food. Lots of supermarkets close by.

It seemed quite dirty and everything was a bit grubby. Our room also stank of feet when we opened the door.

The noise made the stay very uncomfortable.

The property is well-located, close to Malaga airport. Parking was easy and convenient. There are shops and bars available in the area.

Room number "2" is very poorly soundproofed and located right next to the bathroom. You can clearly hear noises from other guests, especially when they use the bathroom. The sound of doors opening and closing made the noise even worse. When new guests were checking in, it was impossible to sleep and rest.

Convenient Area, Uncomfortable Stay

The location is quite convenient — there’s a shop and a bus stop nearby, and it’s about a 15-minute walk to the train station. The sea is also within walking distance, around 15–20 minutes.

However, the cleanliness left a lot to be desired. If it were possible to upload more photos, I would show the condition of the wardrobe, nightstands, bed linens, bathroom, and everything else. There were only two large towels provided, and no smaller ones — no hand towel or bath mat, so we had to step onto a cold floor after showering. The shared bathroom had a very dirty rug, which is quite unhygienic, especially for an apartment with three rented rooms and a constant rotation of guests. The liquid soap dispenser in the bathroom was empty and was never refilled during our stay. For the first two days, there was no hot water, making it impossible to shower. On the only day we did have hot water, we found a huge bug in the bathroom, which no one bothered to remove. The kitchen was also not very clean. One last, very uncomfortable incident: a man walked naked from the bathroom to his room — his path went directly through the shared dining area, where we were having breakfast. He was fully nude and partially aroused, which was extremely inappropriate and disturbing.

El mantenimiento, ya que había bastante suciedad en el cuarto de baño, no le han pasado un trapo en muchísimo tiempo, y nada más entrar en nuestra habitación un olor a tabaco impresionante. Supongo que entre huésped y huésped se limpian las habitaciones, por la nuestra parecía que no hubiera pasado nadie a darnos una habitación limpia…. Un poco decepcionante

No había calefacción las ventanas todas abiertas mucho frío, dudosa limpieza de la colcha, no especifica que la habitación con balcón es también con baño compartido, en la cocina casi ni se puede entrar de las cosas tiradas de otras personas, sin persiana, se escucha ABSOLUTAMENTE TODO, no pudimos dormir porque una persona se puso a hablar por teléfono a las 6 am sin respetar el horario sin ruido y como no hay recepción ni nada no tienes a quien reclamar o decir algo para que busquen una solución, en completo no repetiría por poco más hay alojamientos mucho mejores.

Per una sola notte di necessità è andata benone . Il bagno sarebbe stato condiviso ma in realtà abbiamo avuto la fortuna di non avere alcun altro ospite nell’appartamento. Camera un po’ piccola ma il letto era comodo e c’era tutto l’essenziale. Pulito.

Muy agradecida

La piscina (a pesar de que no disfruté de ella), la entrada independiente es un gran punto para este alojamiento y algo que me encantó, el recinto también está súper bien por lo general, el piso está limpio por lo general y la cama es bastante cómoda y grande. Por la ventaja entra una brisa muy buena, la nevera es grande y hay lavadora y secadora (aunque al parece no funcionan)

La puerta de la habitación no se cerraba muy bien, y había que hacer mucha fuerza para cerrar la puerta, y el baño no estaba debidamente desinfectado y las paredes de la bañera estaban bastante amarillas y con moho negro, lo cual es desagradable a la hora de ducharse. También eché de menos un secador de pelo y las toallas que nos facilitaron eran bastante pequeñas. El baño tampoco tenía ventilación ninguna ni extractor de aire, lo cual es un gran fallo, la alcachofa de la ducha no tenia mucha presión de agua. Pero por lo general la habitación es bastante acogedora y el piso está bastante bien.

Pésimo, no recomendable

Tenía lavadora y secadora. Presumía que ofrecía los productos necesarios para poder lavar. ESTABAN VACÍOS. Le escribo para preguntarle si había más y me dice que mire bien, sino al día siguiente me los traería. Me iba al día siguiente, no sé cuando quería que la pusiera. Por otra parte en las fotos sale que hay piscina, le pregunté por la llave (sino no puedes entrar) y me dice que no hay (los compañeros de la otra habitación nos las dejaron). Impresentable Simone. En la habitación hace mucha calor, tiene ventilador pero no se nota. La casa estaba muy sucia, sobretodo la cocina.

Apartamento muy cutre

Es un apartamento en el que se alquilan las habitaciones. Me pareció muy cutre pero solo íbamos de paso para dormir una noche. Por lo que el precio estaba bien.

El baño estaba muy sucio, lleno de pelos y todo amarillo. Hacía muchísima calor en la habitación, había un ventilador de techo pero aún así el calor era insoportable. No repetiría y no lo cogería para unas vacaciones.

Ubicación aceptable, cerca de supermercado y no demasiado lejos de la playa.

La habitación tenía solo una ventana que daba a un patio de luces. El acceso a la piscina comunitaria estaba cerrado con llave. La bañera tiene la superficie muy muy resbaladiza.

La cercanía tanto a playa como a sitios de comida y supermercado ha sido tal cual explicado en anuncio. La comunicación con el dueño ha sido buena y en todo momento he obtenido respuesta y solución rápida. El aparcamiento un poquito complicado pero no grave dando una vultecita se soluciona.

La limpieza destaca mucho a fechas actuales, sigue habiendo lo mismo respecto a la mala higiene del baño, la bañera amarilla y ennegrecida, en la habitación aún habiendo echo la limpieza aún así había bolas de pelos largos y sueltos. Las inquilinas que estaban en ese momento falta de respeto a altas horas de la mañana dejando el baño peor de lo que estaba. ( tampones en el suelo)

Easy check-in. Halbwegs gut ausgestattete Küche mit gemeinsamer Nutzung. Immer freie Parkplätze gegenüber dem Haus. Sehr nette Reinigungskraft.

Eher spartanische Ausstattung die ihre beste Zeit schon hinter sich hat. Dunkler zentraler Flur. Die letzte Grundreinugung in Bad und Küche ist wohl auch schon etwas her. War jetzt aber auch nicht wirklich schmutzig. Halt alles nur etwas lieblos. Für 2 Nächte ok. Für ganzen Urlaub eher nicht.

Super duidelijke instructies rondom de sleutel etc ! Top locatie,zeer goedkoop! En er was zelfs een bad en een föhn! Veel kastruimte en goede spiegel en make-up tafel !

Wist niet dat de voordeur van binnenuit open ging met een knop . Eerst dachten we dat de sleutel het niet deed om eruit te komen. Er kwam toevallig een jongen aan ,die vertelde het ...opgelost! Snelle en goede communicatie met de eigenaar!
