Excellent location and service

The location is excellent - less than 10 mins. walking to the beach, restaurants, shopping and more. The apartment has virtually everything one would need for a short stay.

Overall, the apartment is fine, although there's no ocean view as mentioned in the description. The building is a little dated, although the apartment is completely renovated. Compared to other locations in the area, forwhat this apartment offers in terms of space and layout, I believe the price is a little on the high side.

Pepe is an excellent host. Though we did not speak the same language, he went all out to try communicate using google translate and even offering her daughter's number who was able to communicate in English. The area, the beach, the restaurants etc are all great. Good value for money. A very cosmopolitan community. Very near the beach

Getting there is a bit far from the airport if you are using public transport. To shorten travel times, you may need to use a taxi which is expensive

Very good value but would recommend maximum 4 or 5 days as it’s compact in size, even though it has all you need

very clean and location was great as it was some 200 metres from any night life or bars so reasonably quiet. good air conditioning, toilet and shower room were good. security getting in and out was superb, made us feel very safe at night

Lovely stay

The studio flat is very well looked after and we didn't need anything else for our stay. The kitchen is tiny but well-equipped and the place is clean and comfortable. The property is not a long distance from the marina/beach either, maybe a 12-minute walk, and a 5-minute walk to the bus stop so it was perfect for us. There is a bit of smell from the pipes but if you remember to put the sink covers back after every use, you should be fine. We really liked everything and would definitely come back again!

Overnight stay before flight home!!

Early morning flight.so we like to stay close to Malaga airport..everything we needed all in 1 apartment..Pepe was really Friendly and helpful.... clean...modern... bed was so cosy...best night's sleep of our week...haha shame we had to go home.😄😄 We hope to stay again for longer. Le prix et l’endroit

L’odeur, surtout dans la salle de bain, où il est obligé d’ouvrir la fenêtre. Déjà que l’immeuble est mal isolé, on entend tout! De plus, on voit juste un petit coin de mer dont la plage est quand même assez éloignée. La description de l’appartement est quelque peu embellie, mais pour le prix, il n’y a rien à dire!

Muy bueno

Hemos pasado un fin de semana estupendo, el estudio es muy pequeñito pero perfecto para dos personas y con todo lo necesario. La ubicación es buena, está cerca de todo, a unos 10min andando de la playa y puerto marina, tiene parking privado aunque no te asegura que haya sitio disponible ya que no tienen las plazas asignada al apartamento. Pepe el dueño es una persona muy amable y atenta y se preocupó en asegurarnos un sitio en el parking para nuestra llegada.

Por decir algo, para mi gusto la almohada es muy dura y me daba un poquito olor a sudor. La puerta del parking x la noche no se porqué se nos quedaba atrancada aunque no tuvimos problemas para dejarlo afuera cerca del apartamento a pesar de estar en pleno agosto.

Excellent accueil de la part de l'hôte. Le logement est très propre et bien équipé. La. Place de stationnement est un vrai plus. Tout est à proximité à pied, commerces, restaurants, marina et plage.

Apartamento funcional en el centro de Benalmádena

Comodidad, apartamento pequeño pero super práctico con todo lo necesario. Muy bien ubicado, a tan solo 5 min caminando del puerto de Benalmádena y también muy próximo a transporte público para ir a Torremolinos o incluso Málaga. Aparcamiento privado dentro del recinto, lo cual también es de agradecer. La atención de Toñi inmejorable, muy buen recibimiento y nos brindó su ayuda en todo momento.

La limpieza del baño podría mejorarse, aunque en general el resto del apartamento estaba limpio

Al ser un monoambiente, por ahí resulta un poco chico para algunos movimientos, pero nada que complique la estadía.

Entró agua por la ventana.

Tiene muy buena ubicación ya que está a unos 10 min de puerto marina y de todo el centro. La cocina está bien equipada, no le falta detalle y tiene aparcamiento privado.

Nos pilló un día de bastante lluvia y viento y a las 5 de la madrugada nos tuvimos que levantar y fregar el suelo porque había entrado agua por la ventana aún estando todo cerrado, se ve que es algo habitual cuando llueve ya que la pared estaba manchada. Por lo demás estaba todo bien y no le faltaba detalle.

Ottimo appartamento ad un prezzo ragionevole

Persona disponibilissima all'arrivo e già quando si ha a che fare con persone gentili ed educate è sempre una buona cosa. L'appartamento è piccolo ma ben sistemato, c'è tutto quello che serve, il letto è comodo, il wi-fi funziona benissimo e non ultimo c'è all'interno del cortile un posto auto dove lasciare l'auto in tutta tranquillità. La posizione è abbastanza vicina alla spiaggia, circa 10 minuti a piedi, e comunque nelle vicinanze si trovano negozi, supermercati...di tutto. Ottimo per noi che eravamo di passaggio ma devo dire che anche per una vacanza non mi dispiacerebbe sia per la posizione che nell'insieme.
