Puerto

We really enjoyed our time at Puerto - Amazing location, just meters from the beach! Rooms were very clean. The view from the balcony was lovely. We would definitely stay here again!

The view is absolutely top notch! Panoramic view of the beach and the ocean from the large terrace is simply stunning. The location is of course also rather brilliant, close to "everything". The beds were comfortable, and the living-room suited our needs perfectly. The apartment did have everything we needed, and we certainly enjoyed our stay. Not enough to consider this particular apartment again though, I think.

The person coming to meet us with the key was an hour late. So that was a rough start, considering the weather wasn't too nice at the time. We also were not entirely happy about the cleaning of the apartment before our arrival. Dead insects here and there, some even splattered (very visible) on the white walls. The coffee-machine (Nespresso) was partly broken and should be replaced. We also found a "shopping-trolley / bag" in the washing room with a smelly rotten banana inside, which was rather unpleasant. Having rented a fair number of apartments in the area previously, through booking.com and otherwise, it was annoying to be charged "5 euros" for something when we arrived. I mean, come on, 5 euros extra? It's not about the money, it's the hassle. It would be a better idea to simply add that amount to the total cost before we paid then, to pay it all in one transaction.
